Great experience. Located close to Central Park. Staff were very helpful, and bikes were good quality. Make sure to take some ID you’re happy to leave with them like an ID card or driving licence.

Reserved online so just had to pick up the bike. Bike was Trek, a step through which I requested. Easy access to Central Park just hang a left on broadway & stay in the bike lane until it dumps you in the park. Had to ask for a helmet & the map was not helpful but used my map app. Did the 2 hour rental & was able to ride the entire park & stop for photos & sites. Easy return, just dropped it off.

Owner was very nice. We got an hour bike rental to ride around Central Park. My 11 yr old had a hard time on the hills but we made it all the way around just in time to get our bikes back. I would definitely rent bikes from here again.

Excellent experience. The whole rental process was incredibly efficient and pleasant. Kind, helpful employees. Easy to navigate from the rental shop to the park entrance and so much fun biking all around! Bikes were well-maintained. Our group ranged from age 12-adults and it was wonderful for all. We’d do it again next trip!

We got to the bike hire 40 minutes early, was not a problem sorted us out in quick time. The bikes were really good trek hybrid bikes, were really easy to ride. We had a great time cycling all round Central park.

the kind owner immediately provides you with what you need, lets you choose the bike, I also asked for the basket.
The bikes are brand new, latest model, really beautiful. I had rented 7 bikes, but one of us didn't come, I was refunded for the bike even though it had already been paid for.

It was a little chilly when we started, but as the morning went on and the more peddling we did it was very comfortable. We didn't have a lot of extra time that day so the bikes let us see more of the park, than if we had to walk.

Bikes were perfect, well maintained and in excellent shape. We were a bit late, we got "stuck" at the street fair and it was not an issue with the great people working the desk who were truly super helpful and very nice. They provided a map and some good advice on the park.
Would rent again with them in a heartbeat.

The Trek bikes were high quality, lightweight, and very nice to use. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They provided everything we needed and gave us a basic guide on the direction to travel in the park. Got a better price here than other spots around south Central Park. Would have loved to have purchased a 3-day pass for the weekend!
