She was very informative and shared so much interesting information about the city. Her driving skills were top-tier, which made the tour comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. Bri also has a great sense of humor and made the experience fun and engaging. She never rushed us and took her time explaining everything, making sure everyone had a great experience. What a great decision!

Wow, I learned so much. Joe was our driver & guide & he was awesome! We stopped at a cemetery, cafe du monde in the park & Katrina memorial. You can tell he loves his city. We learned so much, saw so much & I’m so glad we took the tour. I would highly recommend. The only other recommendation would be to try to sit at the front of the van because the back is very bumpy..

Outstanding experience. We toured Oak Alley, beautiful plantation and had a great lunch on property. Next was a swamp boat ride. The captain went out of his way to show us wildlife. The Grayline tour lady was very friendly and knowledgeable! She made the bus ride enjoyable.

Great tour!

Roy was an awesome and very funny guide. The tour was entertaining and informative, with great music. He talked about the history of NOLA cemeteries and burial practices, along with some true crime stories and haunted places. Roy being a former paranormal investigator was an added bonus and even included some ghost hunting equipment for the cemetery walk. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for an experience that’s both spooky and fun.

You gotta try this—it's the best way to hop on and off if you want to see places. It hits all the famous spots, and we had some amazing sightseeing experiences. Bill, Collen (our Garden District guide), Mary, and Elroy were the best tour guides for New Orleans Hop on Hop off. They totally deserve a raise and definitely some extra cash because they did a perfect job showing us around and explaining the history!

Black History is Our History: Never Forget

You will be changed forevermore. The atrocities during the era of slavery are palpable on this tour. We did the self-tour. Do outside first (takes about 1.5 hrs). Breathe it in. Amazing site with so much important History. After that, you'll have an half hour before getting back on your bus. It will be ample. Inside are washrooms, drinks/snacks and various gifts/books etc. Our driver, Dominique was terrific! The druve is approx. 1 hrs, each way from the pickup point. The best, humbling your. Do NOT miss. We cannot and should not ever erase our history. It is raw and painful but extraordinarily instructive. Let's never ever again cause such indignitinty to humans.

This was my first-ever...

This was my first-ever hop-on hop-off experience, and I had a great time. It honestly set the standard for me, and I’ve since taken similar tours in Barcelona and Buenos Aires. I now see it as a great first stop in any big city abroad. I understand these tours are run by different companies, so the experience can vary depending on things like how clear the pickup points are and whether the tour is guided/narrated or mainly an audio headset experience. The New Orleans tour, in particular, was very informative and full of history, and we really enjoyed using it as a convenient shuttle around the city. It also helped us avoid relying on cabs, which made getting around much easier. One thing to note is that some streets were blocked off due to Mardi Gras preparations, which affected parts of the route. It might be helpful if that was made clearer in the description, especially around seasonal route changes from January through March. Overall, a really enjoyable and practical way to explore the city, and I would recommend it.

This tour was SO great!!! Christian was the perfect guide for this. He created the mood for such a tour perfectly. He was hilarious. He was knowledgeable. He kept us safe. He was passionate. You can tell he loves New Orleans and the people (living, dead, or undead) in it! I would go on any tour he gives when in town. The stops were all so fun including Morning Call for the frozen au lait and beignets! Thanks for one of the best, if not THE best of tours I’ve been on during my many visits.
