The man who checked us in was great! Friendly and engaging. I wish he was our guide. Our guide made us feel like we were in school being talked at and was not engaging. The tour itself was boring.

Directions for meeting place need to be clearer as the entire block is 620 Decatur. Say at the end or by Landrys. Jeff was entertaining but a bit over the top. His bias against faith was obvious and a little off putting. Also I wish we had gone into more than 1 cemetery. The information was good though.

I have been on tours across the nation. I was very excited about this one, but honestly it was not great. Not quite sure what took 2 hours. One cemetery was ok- we went in and walked around and learned some cool information. But the other stop was fast and lame. The guide seemed rushed and we ran into another tour at both stops which messed ours up. The EMF readers were available for use but only at the second stop and there weren’t enough for everyone. It didn’t matter because you only had a couple minutes to use them- while walking around the outside of the fence.

David was amazing as a guide. Full of great historical facts and spooky ghost stories. We went with our family of 3 teens, my husband and myself. Eventhough we didn't see any spirits, we learned about different cultures beliefs of the afterlife that are tied to the area. I recommend doing this if you are visiting NOLA.

A must for anyone looking for a very in-depth dive into New Orleans culture of voodoo and ghosts. David was extremely detailed and knowledgeable. He was funny and very entertaining throughout the entire tour. He handled some unruly tourists very professionally and didn’t skip a beat while doing so. You can tell he has a deep love for the city of New Orleans. If you get a chance, please take this tour and hopefully you’ll get David as your guide.

This was a fantastic tour and I highly recommend it. Jeff was a great tour guide and Cory got us to and from on the bus safely. It was great to see a cemetery that is not easily accessible to the people.

Truly a five-star performance in how not to be a tour guide. We got the “Undertaker” black ponytail, cane, permanent bad mood. Greeted us by complaining about the last group and made sure everyone knew he “doesn’t work for us.” Correct! You work for tips. Accordingly, you earned a very generous $0.
