Gorgeous fountains in Tivoli
Really enjoyed this trip, beautiful scenery, local guide who was from Tivoli. The fountains in Tivoli were magnificent. Also after squeezing through hot corridors at the Coloseum and Vatican, it was nice to have a tour that wasn't crowded. Nice bunch of people, bus ride is about 30-40 minutes. First stop we see Hadrian's summer palace. Great history. There is a bit of up and down climbing so you will sweat on a hot day but you can cool off from the water in the fountains. It is drinkable too. Fun day.

It was a nice tour with...
It was a nice tour with great guides but would have preferred to have more time in Pisa as it was more laid back and relaxing, lots a green space to sit on the grass and enjoy the views. We had less than an hour to explore so unable to climb the tower or explore the town, which was bigger than I anticipated, lots of restaurants and shops that we were unable to visit. Florence was nice to see but very busy, spent 3 hours there. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen a day tour in Pisa Instead.

Great tour and incredible tour guide!
Maria was incredible! She was personable and customized the tour to all of our participants. We left feeling like she was part of our family. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about all of the things we toured, but also was able to answer any and all questions that our group asked her. She knew the names of all 17 people in the group before we even started the tour. She knew the ins and outs of all of the places we toured, allowing us to take shortcuts and skip backed-up areas that were just keeping us from the actual parts of the tour. Her English was very good and easy to understand, and of course she spoke Italian which helped navigate through the day. We cannot express enough how much we enjoyed Maria during the tour. As far as the tour itself (independent of our tour guide), we loved the things that we did get to see and did not feel like we missed out on things that were not part of the tour. The only thing that we maybe would have liked to add would have been going inside of the Pantheon, but that would have made the day too long. It was already a long day, but it was exactly the right amount where we were tired but not so worn out that we couldn't enjoy the last thing (Colosseum). In our research, booking all of these activities independently would have cost almost as much, so it was easily worth the cost. This was especially true because the itinerary and ticket times were pre-coordinated, and we did not have to self-navigate through a foreign city. Thank you so much, Maria (from Civitavecchia)!

Great tour.
Martina was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and shared the important highlights of the museum. She made the tour very fun. Finding the meeting point was easy and quick to enter the museum. Our tour was 9am and lines were very short. Thanks!
