- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus

As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.

Great tour and highly recommend. 10/10. Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience fun. The amount of time in each stop was perfect, never felt rushed. The boat ride was smooth and the views were breathtaking. The bus driver was a pro navigating all the turns and narrow streets. 1000% recommend.

Not impressed at all. The tour was not worth the price. There was no Wi-Fi available on either the bus or the boat, even though it was advertised in the tour description. The stop in Lugano was far too short and didn’t allow enough time to do anything meaningful. Overall, Expedia offers better tour options with more value and a better experience.

I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a quick daytrip from Milan. You really get your money’s worth, i promise.
The only reason why i only gave it a 4/5 star - there was a bit of a “drama” between the passengers vs our tour guide, Katia. It could have been handled differently; perhaps with better communication techniques and utilizing the proper way of conflict resolution? The AC in the bus was not initally working, but we were provided with a new bus as soon as we got to Como. We were very grateful for this accommodation.
The group was too big and i wish we had more time in Bellagio. This was the highlight of our tour, the boat ride to Bellagio.
Overall, our experience was amazing! We enjoyed the whole day! Highly recommend it !!!!

Great experience! Our host (sorry forgot his name) was great. The tour was easy to follow and understand. We had a small problem with the bus (AC was not working) but when we got to Como, they gave us another bus. I would recommend this tour to friends and family.

It went smoothly when it came to organisation. Our guide was great and he gave us a lot of information. The only thing that I have to complain about was the AC in the bus. It was close to none existant since there waa a full bus and a heat wave outside. It was terribly hot inside. But other than that, I liked it.

The meeting place can be hectic, with numerous buses leaving at the same time. Arrive early and make sure you know the name of the tour provider. The actual tour is great, the guide and driver were excellent. The city of Como is a delight, and the boat ride on Lake Como is a "must do."

Alex, our tour guide was amazing. The whole entire day was perfect. Wish we had more time at each place but still perfect. Alex and Christina were wonderful and let’s not forget about Max our amazing driver .

Make sure you get an experienced guide; as he couldn’t even tell us where the bathrooms were!!!. Lugano is NOT worth the hours in the bus and the 90 minute return. Horrible.

First, we would like to explain that Salvatore is a tour leader, not a licensed historical guide, which is a significant distinction. As specified in our product description, a tour leader's role is to coordinate the group's logistics and provide essential commentary.
A major part of this 11-hour excursion consists of independent free time: specifically, 1.5 hours in Como, 2 hours in Bellagio, and 1 hour in Lugano. Because these are highly popular, well-equipped tourist destinations, public restrooms, cafes, and restaurants are widely available everywhere, making it very straightforward to locate a bathroom independently during your free time.
Regarding Lugano, it is widely considered a beautiful and vibrant destination, offering a unique Swiss-Italian lakeside atmosphere that many of our guests thoroughly enjoy. To visit three distinct locations across two different countries in a single day, a certain amount of travel time is unavoidable. All of these driving times and the fast-paced nature of the itinerary are clearly specified in the tour description so that guests can manage their expectations before booking.

If is a long day. The bus is comfortable and air conditioned, which we needed as it was very hot.

The groups was very large, about 60 people. This is too many for a single guide. Our guide worked very hard, but many people couldn't keep up with her and she didn't keep track. If you get too far behind the radios don't work, so you don't know what is being said.
I would also have liked to know that we would be walking five miles or more in the course of the day.

First, our group sizes always strictly respect the maximum capacity advertised on the booking platform. Second, this specific tour is managed by a professional Tour Leader who coordinates transportation and logistics, rather than a local city guide. Because of this, headsets/radios are not used or provided on this itinerary, so it is factually impossible that you experienced radio connection issues.
Regarding the layout of the day, our tour includes a premium private boat cruise and offers extensive free time in the destinations. This means that any extensive walking distance was entirely at your own leisure and pace during your personal free time, rather than a forced group march.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality standards and comfortable logistics for all our guests, and we are sorry to hear that the structure of the day did not meet your personal expectations.

The Lake Como tour was overall very enjoyable. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful, especially Bellagio, and our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job throughout the day.
The only downsides were at the beginning of the tour. The meeting point was quite chaotic and difficult to find, with very little organization or communication. Also, the tour was advertised as being in English, but much of it was conducted in both Spanish and English, which made it feel repetitive and sometimes frustrating.
Despite those issues, I still had a great experience and would recommend the tour for the stunning scenery and excellent guide.

This tour operator is very good at organising short trips within your budget. We left on time and the tour operator Salvatore and his assistant were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and we had a very good time with them.

Sonia was an excellent guide who kept us all informed of meeting times and places. Roberto was a master behind the wheel on the hairpin turns up the alps.
I had originally booked another tour until I read recent reviews. I cancelled and booked this one, and I am so happy that I did! I appreciated the free time to explore and the efficient way we traveled. Definitely recommend this tour with Sonia!

A fantastic day out in the gorgeous Italian countryside. Just enough commentary to be useful but not boring. A great driver helped relax things and I had the best day! Salvatore our guide was funny, informative and answered all the random questions too. Thoroughly recommend this trip!

The entire day went well, including all transportation to the lakes and the boat ride itself. We had our mom with us who was celebrating her 95th birthday. The guide was so accommodating all day! The bus ride was not bad at all, there was plenty of time to shop, eat and enjoy Lake Como.

It’s a busy day, but it is so worth it! You are paying for a full day experience. Three cities, a dreamy ride through the gorgeous water, and so many options for lunch on Bellagio. It was glorious. My partner and I had a time. Everything felt so romantic. We even bought chocolate in Switzerland and say next to a bar by the water for a wine pairing.

Katia was a great tour leader, and Alfonso a wonderful bus wrangler, but the weather was not cooperative. It rained all day and the reduced visibility and poor conditions for taking photos and videos negatively impacted the tour. Moreover, our tour was on a Sunday so the final stop in Lugano saw most all of the shops closed.. We recommend highly the tour guide and driver, but weekdays are a better option.
