Impossible to find right group at the dock No response from Viator or tour operator. Various workers st the dock gave conflicting instructions (go left look for white flag, head shaking with no response, gg right and stand st the pole). I missed the tour. I have used Viator previously and for 2 other tours in Venice. Never again!

Not safe with boat transfers , small boat and the tour guide NICOLA is not born to be a guide! Ignorante and antipatiko! Cannot understand a word he is saying. Not a fun tour!
Canadians travelling in Italy. Thought this tour was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. The glass blowing demonstration was awesome, although a bit short (5-10min). The colourful houses in Murano were a photographers dream. Must go to gelateria crema for authentic gelato in Murano (no high peaks, artificial colours, stored in metal containers).
The English tour guide, David, was funny and engaging throughout the trip.
It was a bit stressful trying to locate the tour group and we felt this part of the trip was missing some direction on where to find the group. When you get to the port there are tons of people and groups which can make it difficult to locate them. Could definitely use an umbrella or sign!
Not a great experience. Boat was small and a bit sketchy. Murano was basically a waste of time. Burano was beautiful, but better to just take the public transportation there.
Marina was really a lovely guide, but the rest was not worth it.
Great trip! Pleasant boat ride and great seeing how the Glass is made. Very pretty islands. Lots of little shops to visit.
The staff were friendly and professional. I was travelling with my elderly mother, the staff were attentive and patient

It was on time, professional and informative. I didn’t give it a five because it seemed to be really geared to selling the glass from one vendor on Murano and lace from one vendor on Burano. It was great value considering it included the boat rides which are expensive in this city.
The staff was exceptional. We had an emergency and they were very accommodating. They were understanding and worked with us to take the tour. It was beautiful and well worth the time and money! Thank you to the entire boat staff!!!!
It was a much larger group then I expected and both the Spanish speaking group and English speaking group were together. Two tourguide talking at once on headsets. The demonstration of glassblowing was short, though interesting, then we were herded into the factory store. We had about 15 minutes to walk around murano. Then off to burano where we ate a piece of cookie in a cookie shop, had a 1 minute lace demonstration, and then had 1 hour to wander. Much time was spent listening to the tour guide talk in a headset radio about where to eat on the mainland? And other random things.
We have done a lot of tours on our travels, this was one I wish we had skipped.
Good amount of time - quick moving and saw a lot. David was an excellent tour guide - gave a lot of history in a very entertaining manor. Learned a lot

Great day trip for adults. Took our ‘kids’ (age 20 & 18), and although they enjoyed the afternoon, they felt it was more suited to the older demographic. As parents, we really enjoyed it! Watching the glass blowing was great and Burrano is a beautiful place to visit. Definitely worth the trip. Great guide, value for money and well organised thanks
Wonderful experience or Murano and Burano! We booked the package with the traditional Burano food tasting and wine. It was delicious! The demonstration of glass blowing and lace making were great. Elena was a fantastic guide and gave a great insight into the history of the islands.

Beautiful day and a lovely tour of both Murono glass factory and Burano cookie and lace making shops. Bubbly and fun tour guide Elizabeth did an exceptional job of giving information without overburdening with details. She's a gem! Highly recommend this tour.

The actual sites were fantastic
Our guide Emma gave us so much valuable and fascinating information as we set off towards the island of Murano, and she continued to do this throughout the entire tour. We saw glass blowing and had time to browse after this. The next stop was the island of Burano, lunch option was a smart choice, getting to taste the equivalent of local tapas and a most excellent glass of Prosecco! As this tour came to a close, Emma recommended next the Doge’s Palace, a place of sumptuous beauty. Emma is really knowledgeable, we are very lucky to have her as our guide. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Islands and Glass making demonstration. Our tour guide was fantastic. He even recommended local restaurants and gelato places to go while on the Island and I must say the recommendations were amazing.
Very nice to visit Murano and Burano islands and see how glass and lace are made. Would have been good to spend more time in Murano - we only had enough time to look in one store. Otherwise it was a lovely experience.
Pretty good tour for a large group. Each stop is very high level, so if you are looking for more than a 10 min glass blowing or 1 min lace presentation, this isn't it. Generally speak though, I enjoyed it. The tour guide was nice, you have time to eat and explore Burano. Make sure to get there early because finding the tour wasnt as easy as expected.

The high pressure sales at Murano was distasteful. Also not enough time to explore areas that were not tied to the initial demonstration.
We started late and waited in the sun with no shade available. There were 2 interpreters for the tour however the one we had kept going from English to Spanish and with her Italian accent it was very hard to understand her English so I didn’t understand most of the information provided. The glass demo was short and no explanation provided regarding process. It felt like a sales pitch and they ushered us directly into the gift shop to purchase items. No specific recommendations were provided for time available after the tour. Burano island was much nicer and scenic - lace tour was very short (<5 minutes) and we missed it as we lost our tour group. We then had to wait for everyone to make their purchases before going to next store - which literally was only a free cookie sample… the island was beautiful and stores were plentiful which made up for everything. Honestly transportation to the islands was the win with this tour. Would not recommend tour-
Enjoyed visiting the beautiful islands of Murano and Burano and learning about glass making and lace making. Valentina was an excellent tour guide, so friendly and knowledgeable.

Alice, our tour guide, really helped to make this a great trip! In Murano, we watched and had time to explore the glass making tradition, watching an example of this first hand. Burano was beautiful, with time to see lace making and explore the local shops. Our ticket then allowed us to see Torcello, but this was without a guide, so I would recommend just doing the two islands, unless you research the history beforehand. Alice had lots of information to share with us and offered a great experience, I would really recommend this as a great way to see islands in Venice - thank you for a wonderful day!
