We took a ferry boat from Venice over and it was very nice. Our guide was very knowledgeable and sweet. Murano and Burano were very unique in their own way definitely must visit.

Great trip with a wonderful guide who was lovely. Full of knowledge and friendly. Good pace and kept you interested. Great value for money. The only downside was there wasn’t much information on the pick up point, where to go only the area so we had to ask around so could have missed it! A proper desk or point to go would have been better

Our guide, Julia, was great. She was engaging, knowledgeable, humorous, and caring. She told us historical information about Italy and the islands and also about general travel in the country. The boat ride was long as it came from the opposite side of the island. Bring water! First stop was a quick stop at one Murano Glass workshop - very basic and designed to see glass to the tour. It wasn’t a special experience. We felt rushed and pushed into the sales portion of the visit. Talk with your partner before going to decide beforehand if you want to buy something. The second stop was longer on Burano. This is where lunch & dessert can happen. We brought a picnic lunch and found a quiet spot to relax in the quieter Burano side street. Such a cute town. Then we had a 50 minute ride back to port. If you want a great tour for a fair price chose this trip.

A great trip out to Murano & Burano. Excellent, warm and friendly guide. Interesting glass and lace demonstration. Burano is a beailutiful Island for lunch and a wander. Guide gave fantastic lunch recommendation. Would highly recommend this tour.

I think we would have been able to easily recreate this tour using the vaporetto service. Definitely helpful to have a little context given about various islands we boated by, so that was a value add, but I think the rest could easily have been done without much extra effort, and likely at a solid cost savings.

Meeting place was at the boat dock. Had to wait in the extreme heat with no shade. The boat had 3 guides ( French, spanish and English), English guide was good. Murrano factory and their shop visit was good but short. The Burrano visit was longer but less to do. It could have been shorter. Overall nice experience.

Nice tour to see both islands of Murano and Burano. Plenty of time to see glass blowing demonstration and to look (maybe shop) the beautiful glass creations. On Burano we saw a lace sewing demonstration, lots of shops and shopping. Adequate free time to explore both islands. Hillary, our guide gave good suggestions for lunch, etc. I just wish the boat ride there was a little more comfortable. We were packed like sardines and it was an extremely hot day. Hilary took a to a little pastry shop where we sampled a delicious Burano cookie.

I would recommend this! The tour guide spoke good english, provided interesting information, and having a direct ride to and from the islands was worth the cost. The glass blowing demo was cool and there was time on each island to shop around a bit.

Nice experience. We got the food and wine add on, which ended up being bread with different toppings (2 per person) and a glass of Prosecco. Was not enough for lunch and we had to find another restaurant to eat more. Not worth what we paid.

Our guide was a wonderful guide! She was so informative and kind. I didn't catch her name but she was amazing! The islands were beautiful and we even had time to grab lunch on Burano.

The itinerary is very misleading with the times. The times provided seem to include the time on the boat getting there. We were only in Murano for 30 minutes and Burano for an hour. Our guide was great but the tour could’ve been better by providing more information me on the islands.

With the noise in the boat, the audio system was inadequate, and it was almost impossible to listen to the commentary
The demos of glass blowing and lace making were about 15 minutes each. This was not as long as I had hoped.

The tour started almost 45 minutes later than the booked time. We arrived 10 minutes before booked time like instructed and no tour guides were there. We were scheduled to leave at 1400 and first guide showed up at 1410 and we left for tour at 1445. The first island we were only there 40 minutes not the 75 minutes stayed in booking

Great value. Boat to Murano, watch glass blowing, some free time boat to Burano, lace demo, free time (lunch, shopping, walking) and boat back. Guide was friendly and helpful. Made the history interesting.

We visited the two islands Murano and Burano with a delightful English guide. We enjoyed his humor, wit and overall knowledge. It was a rainy day but we still had a good time and enjoyed walking around Burano and visiting the various shops. We enjoyed the tour and would recommend.

OK so they were a bit overbookd so that had an impact. Had to wait ages to get on the boat and when we finally got there the Glass making demo lasted 10 minutes if that. No one got to try it and then we were ushered into the shop. The 2 nd Island was very nice but we were short of time so went for some lunch instead. The Guide (David) made a supreme effort and gave a fun commentry full of info.

Very nice tour. The tour guide was excellent. It is difficult though, when the tour is being given in three different languages. Even though you each have your own tour guide in your language, and your own transmitter that goes into one of your ears, on our tour, someone was speaking another language very loudly outside into my other ear. This made it impossible to hear my tour guide in my language. If possible, book a tour that is in your language only and is not in three language languages like this tour.

I thought the sales people at the Marano glass factory were a bit pushy and their prices were higher than stores in Venice. Our guide, David Philips was knowledgeable, personable, and showed great passion in his job

I recommend this guided tour to anyone visiting Venice. Our guide Elisa was amazing and was very informative. Highlight of Murano is the glass work and the demonstration of glass making which was fun to watch, note that the time spent at this location is short. Burano was similarly enjoyable with its vibrant and colourful homes and lace making. Time spent at this location was reasonable which allows for a bit of exploration of the island on your own.

Out $60 because the meeting place is completely confusing and they left without us. Dont recommend. Tried to resolve with tour host to get a refund and they refused despite their poor instructions. Now having to result to disputing the charge with my bank.

My girlfriend and I booked this activity two hours in advance, and the meeting time according to the app was 2:30 p.m. We arrived at 2:32 p.m., and the boat had already left. We received no communication from the guide, and the instructions for the activity were unclear. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. Additionally, despite the situation, we were not provided with a refund.

This was well worth it for the price. The demos in Murano and Burano are short but that just leaves more time to explore on your own. Murano was fine. But Burano was definitely our favorite.
