Brilliant scenery. On the bus from Milan sit on the left side for a better view of Lake Como. On the red train, sit on the right side of the carriage for the best views, but let folks on the right side of the carriage to photograph the snow and mountains that you can see. Be generous. Commentary for us was difficult. Two reasons. Firstly the commentary was in Italian, which I don’t understand , and when it was repeated in English, it seemed like the specific photo opportunity had passed. Actually, very annoying. Secondly, the guide giving the commentary has/had a throat issue (unfortunately) which meant we couldn’t really understand or comprehend what he was saying. At times he used a portable speaker to expouse what he was saying - even in Italian, and even to one person only. This was unsatisfactory.

We book the train to Sorrento but booked a car back to the airport. Renato was very kind, friendly and punctual. The drive was smooth and his car was nice and clean. This was much better than taking the train in our opinion. He gave some great options for pizza in Napoli and went above and beyond to assist us. I would book again with him/this company.

We had an excellent experience for my family of 8 and our 8 luggages with this private transport service. The driver was punctual, professional, and friendly throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was easy from booking to drop-off, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable transportation. We would definitely use them again!

Our driver was awesome! On time, put all our suitcases into the van without throwing them on top of each other, and got us safely to the train station. He made casual conversation and once we arrived, he got all our bags out, shook our hands and reminded us to be extra vigilant inside the train starting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, relaxing, accommodating punctual, personal professional and immaculately clean. Guisseppie was the consummate gentleman. We are so glad we hired a driver to pick us up from the airport and drop us at our apartment. Made life so much easier. Our driver was waiting for us at arrivals with a board and our name on it super easy to find her and she was very professional. Highly recommend.

Coming in alone, late at night I felt it was the safer option to get a driver. From booking to drop off it was an excellent experience. My driver was right there waiting for me, was very nice, assisted with luggage, polite conversation. Even though it was a short ride, it was worth it for the comfort level as a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country. I have never been disappointed with my Viator experiences.

I cannot express how easy this was start to finish. Easy to book, sent reminders, got a what'sapp message the minute I landed with instructions and picture of where to meet in the airport - and had a smooth, safe drive to our final destination. Worth every penny (or euro in this case!)
