Convenient boat pickup location and on time. Also it included pickup at hotel and airport. Very friendly and professional. It was very helpful being in a strange city that we had such experienced guides. This was a good recommendation from our travel agent.

Our driver was wonderful. He didn’t speak much English, but that didn’t matter at all. Pickup was easy, he was kind and professional, and the whole drive was beautiful. We had fun navigating the winding Italian streets, and he made the trip feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. A great experience and I would absolutely recommend him.

Coming in alone, late at night I felt it was the safer option to get a driver. From booking to drop off it was an excellent experience. My driver was right there waiting for me, was very nice, assisted with luggage, polite conversation. Even though it was a short ride, it was worth it for the comfort level as a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country. I have never been disappointed with my Viator experiences.

The transfer from Rome International Airport to our Rome hotel was perfect from beginning to end. Our driver was exactly where the meeting point was and very well presented. The car was immaculate and comfortable and had no issue fitting our two suitcases and two carryon bags in the boot. The trip in was seamless. I highly recommend this company.

Needed a bit of a last minute transfer from the train station to our hotel in Sorrento and this company was awesome! They were professional, ensured our pick up time and location were accurate, and even suggested adjustments due to a marathon being ran in the area we didn’t know about! Scheduled this service to be picked up after a 10 day cruise on Royal Caribbean. Scheduled the driver for 7am we were let off the ship exactly at 630am and the driver came at 645. We arrive at FCO at 740am plenty enough time for our 11am flight back to the states.

Everything went perfectly, I received instructions and notifications regarding my reservation prior to our arrival date. It was very easy to locate our driver in the arrivals area. The driver was friendly, professional, and gave us a nice introduction to Sicily as we were driven to Palermo.

Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight! Highly recommended for anyone flying into Fiumicino – it’s the perfect introduction to the Eternal City. Would absolutely use it again on our next visit. Grazie mille!
