Antonioni was very nice and accommodating. Our plane was late and it took a long time for our bags to appear. Throughout, Antonino patiently waited for us at the Naples airport. On our ride to Positano, he pointed out places of interest. Once we arrived at our hotel, he carried our bags and made sure the hotel greeted us and carried our bags. I was very happy with Viator’s communication through text. I hope all of my Viator adventures continue to be this smooth!

Giovanni was a great tour guide and navigator taking time to show us many hidden grottoes, vacation homes of the rich and famous and also some history of the island. Caprese sandwiches were a nice treat to give you energy before the walks around the beautiful Island of Capri!

Only reason for lack of 5 stars is the driver didn't actually drop us off at our apartment, but only took us to the bus stop in Ravello. We had no idea where we were going, and he pointed us thru a tunnel in the wrong direction and we got lost looking for our place for a half hour.

Very good service. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and took us to our destination in Minori. The trip from Naples to Minori is not easy to navigate! Our driver did a nice job and got us to our villa door. He really didn't speak English so we did have difficulty communicating but all worked out. Would definitely use the service again.

When we arrived by train to Naples, it was wonderful to see our driver Felix's warm, friendly smile at the end of the track. Felix pointed out sites along the way to Positano. Where there was confusion as to where we were to meet our villa caretaker, Felix went out of his way to help us contact and find the caretaker and he made sure that our luggage was all set.
