Small group, very personal service, great tour of Florence highlights and major museums. Our tour guide Stefania was excellent. She taught us so much about each work of Art and spent time giving us extra time to take pictures and ask questions. She provided us with great information and conversation and we learned a lot about Florence and its history. Highly recommend this tour and Stefania as a guide.

This tour was simple amazing. Stefania was so knowledgeable and gave us SO much information about the art in the museums, yes, but also about the history of Florence and the sites along the walk from one museum to the other. Entry into the museums was easy. I can't recommend this enough!

This was a great tour that started at Accademia and ended at uffizi. We saw the highlights and it moved quickly. The tour guide was hard to understand at times but overall had a ton of knowledge and provided many details. It was very hot so I recommend doing this tour in the early morning hours.

Our guide, Sylvia, was very knowledgeable, and had many interesting insights into many of the works of art throughout the Academia, the Uffizi, and the streets of Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't get to tour Uffizi Gallery, apparently because it was too hot in the gallery on June 27. We were granted a partial refund, however. What I found interesting is when we passed the Gallery on our tour, we noticed people waiting in line to enter the facility. ???. Outside of not being able to tour the Uffizi Gallery, the tour was informative. The tour guide was phenomenal, appearing very knowledgeable about the Duomo, Accademia and Uffizi. Please note we did receive an extensive overview of the Uffizi although we weren't allowed to enter.

We completely understand why seeing a queue outside the Uffizi Gallery on June 27 was confusing, and we want to share the behind the scenes context regarding the museum's sudden operational changes due to their severe air conditioning crisis. On that day, the state administrators spontaneously opened entry for very short, unpredictable windows, but they completely froze the online reservation system used by tour operators, meaning our pre-arranged group tickets were blocked. Instead, they only opened the physical ticket office at the door but with the strict mandate that all guests must be physically present in line together when the tickets are issued. For a guided tour, this is practically impossible and entirely counterproductive, as it would require forcing our guests to stand and wait indefinitely in the sweltering, hot sun just for a gamble at a spontaneous ticket window. The museum also granted exclusive entry to select visitors holding specialized Vasari Corridor tickets, which operate under a completely separate system. To protect our clients' comfort and safety, we chose to adapt the itinerary and promptly issue partial refunds rather than leave you stranded in the heat, and we are incredibly proud of our guide for navigating this crisis so professionally.

A Guide is Very Worth the Ticket Price!

I highly recommend seeing the Uffizi Museum with a guide. The museum is very large and there are crowds. The skip-the-line timed entry allowed us to go right in. Our guide, Cosetta, brought us directly to the high lights of the museum and was very knowlegeable about art history and the life of each. She had interesting stories about the Medici, Florence, and the artists.

Bad communication when things were not available

I had to make a last minute change due to heat. When I did I contacted the tour operator to confirm they truly had ticket inventory for the new date and time. They gave me a vague confirmation that they had received my modification. I pressed specifically do they really have tickets for both museums. No answer. Next day Uffizi Gallery announced that for the next few days they were selling no new tickets due to A/C issues in part of the building. I again asked this company if they truly had tickets, citing this issue. No response. Next day no response. Finally on your morning I show up and of course find out they could not get Uffizi tickets. But for a reduced price they could take us to l'accademia and the city tour. This had no value to me as it would have been easy on my own. I only booked this for the coordinating of the two museums and timing. I would have much more easily handled myself if they were honest earlier. They get 2 stars for at least offering full refund without pushback but I really do not like that they withheld that they didn't have Uffizi tickets and were simply "hoping" and misunderstood the dates for when it would come back. I ended up finding other last minute l'accademia tickets as I didn't want to give this company my money anymore and then we walked city ourselves and did a different other museum.

Museum closures for safety and technical issues are decided solely by the museum and are beyond any operator’s control. Communication & changes: Although You have amended last minute your booking 2 times and we accepted replied each time with updates. Meanwhile, we received direct communication from the Uffizi that they expected to reopen the next day and would resume reservations. We shared this with all affected guests as soon as we had it.Our commitment to guests: As operators, we always try to fulfill our clients’ requirements. When the Uffizi could not release last-minute reservations despite reopening, we immediately offered every guest 2 alternative tour options and a partial refund for the portion of the tour that could not be delivered.Your concern about replies: We are truly sorry if you felt we did not respond quickly enough. Please note we did reply to your emails, and we apologize if our response timing caused frustration. We cannot reply every single minute during an evolving museum closure, but we did communicate, amend, and compensate as soon as possible. I understand you came to the meeting point in a very upset mood. However, we must firmly clarify that the Uffizi Gallery was forced to close suddenly due to an administrative decision entirely out of our control. Local tour operators have no influence over the opening, closing, or operational decisions made by state museum administrators. When this unexpected closure occurred, our team worked immediately to manage the crisis and take care of our guests. We proactively offered a premium replacement tour to the Pitti Palace (Palazzo Pitti), which is the historic grand residence of the Medici family and holds an incredibly rich, world-class art collection of its own. For the guests who did not wish to take this alternative, we processed partial refunds promptly. We did everything humanly possible to adapt to a sudden government-level closure and protect our clients' interests. This tour a was well worth the money. There were other similar tours for less money. Iam glad I didn’t go that route to save some money. There were a total of 9 of us in the group so it was a great size. Our Guide, Mirellia, was so personable and knowledgeable about everything Italy and answered all our questions. This tour was almost five hours and we got to go into Accademia. And then walked through the Duoma plaza and then timed entry to the Uffizi. This museum was incredible. So much to see. It was very crowded and I couldn’t imagine going through this on our own. I highly recommend Mirella. She has been doing this job for 33 years. And her passion and joy of her work was evident throughout the tour. She talked to s for the whole time and we learned so much about the Middle ages, the Renaissance and everything about Michelangelo, as well the beautiful churches throughout Lawrence

This was a great tour. Our tour guide Sylvia was so knowledgeable and explained all of the important pieces to us. It definitely helped us understand what we were looking at and made our visit meaningful. Florence and Global Tours — Disorganized and Misleading We booked what was advertised as a four-hour experience covering both the Accademia and Uffizi Gallery, only to be informed the day before that Uffizi admission required an additional €65 per person — a significant last-minute surprise that should have been disclosed upfront. The clear highlight of the day was our guide, Sylvia, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about Florence and its artistic legacy. We highly recommend her without hesitation. That said, the company itself has considerable room for improvement when it comes to organization and transparent communication with guests.

Our guide, Amanda, was wonderful! We had a small group (a party of 5 was delayed by the train but met up with us later in the tour). We were in Florence for the day so I'm glad I choose to do this tour. We saw the David, the Duomo and hit the highlights at the Uffizi Gallery. We even had time in between places to stop at a coffee bar, grab a coffee and relax for a few minutes. Amanda was very knowledgeable about Florence and the art. Our focus was Michelangelo, DaVinci and Botticelli. She kept my kids (18 and 12) engaged and was great with the conversation. We really enjoyed this tour.
