Great service for a woman traveling solo

As a woman traveling alone, this is an excellent service. Their communication was clear and the process was very efficient. A voucher downloaded into Apple Wallet and detailed instructions on how to meet the driver. Outside baggage claim was a driver in a dark suit holding a phone showing my last name. He took control of my luggage and I followed him to his car, a very clean late model Mercedes sedan. Inside the vehicle was a bottle of water. The drive into the city was uneventful and quiet. I don’t think the driver said more than hello at greeting me and wishing me goodbye when he delivered my luggage at the door of my airbnb. This is a professional service and highly recommended.

Even though our flight...

Even though our flight was delayed over 2 hours Chipino was waiting for us as we stepped out of the airport to take us to Piazza de Roma and our water taxi. We didn't spend much time on the Grand Canal, but it was pretty amazing to navigate it at night.

Wonderful Driver

Luca was a great driver. He arrived 30 mins early which he did communicate via Whatsapp to coordinate early arrival. On the way to the airport he gave us info on some Roman sites we passed. He helped us with our bags getting in the van and off at the airport. Highly recommend Luca.

Maurizio was amazing!

Maurizio was amazing!! Great talking to, showed us great places to eat (cafe positano was an awesome recommendation). Overall very relaxing and smooth ride with Maurizio. He was lovely- he even pulled off to take a picture of my husband and I at a picture perfect spot!! (His idea!) Maurizio i hope one day you can come to New york city again!!

Perfect choice for large groups/families

Driving in and around Rome is not for the faint of heart but our driver was fantastic! This is a long trip and we have been in numerous vans that accommodate 6 people and lots of luggage and this was the most luxurious van of the trip! He was waiting for us at the limo/driver section with our name on a sign. Started communicating as soon as we landed and put me completely at ease that once we finished in baggage claim that we would have transportation and a driver waiting for us. Fantastic experience, perfect for large groups/families.

Wonderful! Driver was waiting at the arrivals with our name, sent a picture of his location prior to going through baggage claim, and even though our flight was delayed it was tracked efficiently. The vehicle was spotless, great AC, and comfortable, and water and little candies were given to us. Would recommend and use again!

Our driver was awesome! On time, put all our suitcases into the van without throwing them on top of each other, and got us safely to the train station. He made casual conversation and once we arrived, he got all our bags out, shook our hands and reminded us to be extra vigilant inside the train starting. Highly recommended!

Coming in alone, late at...

Coming in alone, late at night I felt it was the safer option to get a driver. From booking to drop off it was an excellent experience. My driver was right there waiting for me, was very nice, assisted with luggage, polite conversation. Even though it was a short ride, it was worth it for the comfort level as a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country. I have never been disappointed with my Viator experiences.
