Great Authentic Hands On Activity
The best authentic hands on activity we experienced during our time in Italy. Learning to make homemade pasta, ravioli and tiramisu step by step. My 6 year old daughter had fun with the mixing and rolling and was kept entertained throughout the evening. Thanks to Mer, our instructor for adding the pink/red flour that created an extra excitement for my daughter. Wonderful hosts who taught recipes and history of the area. The activity ended eating what we made and it was delicious.

Fun Time!
Chef Antonio!!! Looks so serious when you first see him and meet him but as time goes on you can see he is a great pasta making teacher with great humor and cares about the people in his class having a good time! The pasta was amazing, it was fun, lots of laughs, getting to know the people around the table as well, what is not to like about this experience!? I'd recommend it to anyone!

Book this class, you won't regret it!
Absolutely brilliant! We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this to friends and family and anyone visiting Florence. The class was educational but yet simple enough for beginners to follow and enjoy it over stressing about doing it for the first time. The food and drink was so tasty and the hosts were welcoming, friendly and a good laugh, also really knowledgeable. It gave us a taste of authentic Tuscany.

Absolutely amazing pasta
Loved this experience. Sam was great and enjoyed the owner( can’t remember his name) talking to our class. Eating our pasta we made was amazing. Sam was great explaining how and why to make the pasta. Enjoyed the wine with our meal. We were given all the recipes so we can make our own. Loved the aprons we received as souvenirs. Would definitely recommend this experience.

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
