The chef was an excellent and patient teacher! The menu was simple and delicious. Event was well attended, organized, great facility (although it was quite a hike for us from our hotel).

The food we learned how to cook a d then taste/eat was excellent. Felt rushed to eat.. we were done at 7:30 snd out the door

The class size was a too large to really participate and do any cooking. It was awkward because some people were not good at taking turns. The instructions where given all at one time vs step by step as you go - so there where long periods of just listening. The wine was only served at the end and it wasn’t good. And… we sat at a table were we saw our gnocchi still sitting there, so we did not eat what we supposedly prepared. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

Poor value. Terrible experience. Expensive. One of the chefs appeared stressed out, over-worked. The reason they got 1 star b/c we met some nice people while we were there. Save your money and time for something else.

This is at a cooking school. A 20 minute walk from the main Florence plaza. The staff was sweet and helpful. You are grouped with people.

Very good cooking learning - but too much noysy lokality.

Learn a lot with a good master for learning. A sosial meeting with frends - and the food was exelent made of ourself. Clean . But the locality was very very noysy. Desibel too high.

Ho regalato questa esperienza al mio ragazzo. È stato molto divertente imparare a cucinare piatti nuovi, in particolar modo a fare la pasta fresca anche se siamo italiani. È stata anche una bella occasione per conoscere e condividere alcuni momenti con persone provenienti da tutto il mondo. Lo consiglio per una serata diversa e interessante!

Corso di cucina adatto a tutti, a prescindere dall'esperienza. Francesco si è dimostrato non soltanto estremamente professionale ed esperto nel suo campo, ma anche di ottima compagnia. Abbiamo imparato tecniche di taglio di cui non eravamo a conoscenza e ci siamo segnati i suoi consigli di cucina. Persona amabile e professionale allo stesso tempo. Viator al telefono mi aveva detto che "la lezione si teneva a casa dello chef", ma l'informazione non è corretta: trattasi infatti di una vera e propria scuola di cucina con tutto il materiale idoneo allo scopo e spazi ad hoc. Quindi non c'è da aspettarsi una lezione di cucina "da nonna Pina". Lo consiglieremmo a tutti. Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo e sicuramente ci torneremmo nel caso in cui dovessimo ripassare da Firenze.
