Amazing interactive and delicious experience
We had such a fantastic experience at our cooking class! We were given prosecco on arrival and a red wine with our meal, as well as being offered non alcoholic drinks throughout the experience. We made tagliatelle from scratch, tiramisu and tortelloni. Only downside was that we didn’t get to make our own sauces and fillings or see how it all got cooked but our guide gave us all the recipes and great explanations on this and we were probably better off for it. We were helped every step of the way to ensure our meals didn’t suck and everything was truly delicious! Can highly recommend for all age groups. Meal was vegetarian by nature so also suited for pescatarians and vegetarians.

Brilliant tour
Had an excellent time. Different food tastings were great at trying things I hadn't had before and learning about how things were done. Hard to pick a favourite as they were all really good. Fresh Parmesean was great and trying balsamic vinegar and ice cream was a revelation. Still trying to find some lambrusco in the uk. Tour guide was really friendly. I went with my partner and there were 4 other people in my group. Everyone was friendly so had a great atmosphere.

The queen of cheeses!
Perfect way to spend the day learning about how Parmesan cheese is made. We were very lucky to be able to taste the cheese of the white cow…delicious! Our tour of the Lambrusco winery was quite an experience. The museum is full of amazing relics and we were lucky enough to meet the owner, Giacobazzi! The balsamic vinegar was incredible! Learning how long it takes to mature and eating a fantastic lunch at this quaint B&B was a great way to end the foody portion of the tour. Highly recommend, especially if you’re also into seeing the history of the Lamborghini, which is also quite amazing!

Worth your time!
This experience was so fun and easy going! My friend and I had Francesca as our teacher. She was amazing! She had such witty fun humor and you could tell she loves cooking. She was so welcoming and never made you feel like you were doing something wrong! Even at the end of class she gave us recs on where to go in the city. You could tell she wanted us to have the best experience we could have in Bologna.
