We came with our 15-year-old son and 18 & 20-year-old daughters. This was a fabulous family outing! Not only did we make fun shared memories but had a delicious meal. Our host was funny and it was a great time all the way around! I highly recommend it!

Fast-paced instructions but we were able to follow. Chef Niccolo’s cooking class was concise, organized but also fun! The food was delicious too and best Chianti I’ve had in my life and I don’t even like Chianti - lol! I highly recommend this class and would do this again!

Chef Sal was FANTASTIC! He was engaging, helpful, and hospitable. I brought my 16 year old daughter (who was nervous at first) and thanks to Chef Sal she had a blast! We will for sure bring our new learning home to enjoy Italy from MN!

Bruneschelli cooking class w chef Andrea was one of the high points of our trip to Florence. Fun, educational, delicious! We ate and drank, rolled , filled and cut a variety of pasta, and tasted it with 3 homemade sauces!

Fantastic class- we booked last minute and are so glad! The chef was super fun and brought great energy, keeping the class engaged and moving and giving all of the students individual attention. The instructions were easy to follow and the pasta and sauces were delicious! Our kids are 12 and 17 were engaged and smiling the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful and Delicious Experience! Our cooking class was absolutely amazing! The chef was friendly, fun, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We learned how to make fresh pasta — ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle — all from scratch. Everything was so delicious! 🍝 The atmosphere was relaxed and filled with laughter, and it was such a great way to experience authentic Italian culture. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Italy who wants a hands-on, delicious, and memorable experience.

Enjoyed the experience, but we thought that we would make, cook and eat our own pasta. Some may not care, but it's more of a put everyones pasta in the same pot situation. If I had known that we would have chosen something different as I wasn't a fan of eating food that 20 other people touched. The guy who was pur chef was very nice and helpful.

It’s a large group but there’s space for everyone and you get to meet other travellers so doesn’t detract from the experience. Our host was fantastic. Food was great. Wear light clothes- it’s warm. There was red and white wine, and water. We had everything we needed.

The absolute best orchestrated cooking class I have ever been to. The ingredients were simple but the results were above par. Our teacher JACOB was the most amazing chef. He taught us skills and techniques we will use in our kitchen at home for years to come. We learned the correct way to make pasta. He gave us one-on- one guidance for kneading the dough and for rolling it thin. He was so entertaining in class and we cannot wait to try all the techniques when we get home. Amazing class! Very good return on investment. The restaurant had a wine window!!!

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect but I came out happy and knowledgeable about how to make pasta. Picked up a few tips on how to properly cook pasta, too, from Chef Andrea. I would highly recommend this excursion the next time you come Florence.

Andre was fantastic. He was very helpful and his personality made the class a lot of fun. The food was delicious and there was a window into the kitchen so you could see them preparing meals for the restaurant.

Booked this cooking experience for my husband, our daughter, and myself. The venue was large and they break up everyone into separate groups lead by 1 chef. Chef Eno was great! You can tell he loved what he does. He has passion to cook and share the art of cooking with others. He explained everything along the way, catered to those who didn't eat meat, and went around the group several times to help show what to do. I highly recommend this experience to those who are looking for a cooking activity in Florence! We made 3 different pastas and there was plenty of food for everyone to eat. Also, you have unlimited wine and sodas the entire time too!

Giordano was an excellent instructor! Great class I highly recommend to travellers. We ate the fresh pasta we created and it was delicious! I think this activity would be suitable for all ages! The floor tiles were very smooth in the room we were in. Just sharing as a note for those with low mobility, just be careful to avoid slips. The pappardelle was my favourite :)

Oh boy, saddle up. It was a great experience...but. This was super fun for our family, made 3 pastas, ate drank and the other people at our table were amazing. Antonio, our chef, was a true chef. But, there are 3 classes of about 25 going on at the same time. In our class we had 2 tables of 12, our table was great but the other table was CRAZY. Loud ,drunk, throwing up in the bathroom. Antonio was trying to manage them but they were crazy and Antonio was really frustrated. This was a 5/5 for us but it was a bit crazy.
