I had such a wonderful experience in this class with Arturo! We made ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle from scratch, and the whole process was fun, hands-on, and easy to follow. Arturo is not only a skilled chef but also a fantastic teacher. He was patient, clear, and has a great sense of humour that made the class even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident I could recreate the recipes at home, and with a new appreciation for fresh pasta. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting! it was a real highlight!

We had the best time making pasta and mingling with the other group members. Our chef was thorough and helped us a lot, as well as had a great personality. It was so fun and delicious. Also, the location was perfect. In an old cellar and stunning. Would highly recommend.

This was a really fun class, easy instructions to make three different types of pasta which we got to eat at the end. Left feeling full and has drink plenty of wine! I went as a solo traveler and met some lovely people.

Absolute blast! Eduardo our chef was so talented and funny-He made it feel easy to make pasta! The groups were paired so nicely and the end result was an amazing dinner! The wine was yummy and my daughters and I had a blast!

First Pasta making class with my husband… it was an amazing experience!! Chef Andrea was truly an incredible teacher and made the class so worthwhile. We had a ton of fun, learned how to make authentic Italian Pasta, and had plenty of good wine. Cannot recommend this highly enough. If you have a couple of hours in Florence this is the best way to spend it!!

Very fun experience our cook/guide Antonio was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly and gave really good tips. Onky downside was we had 12 people per table so it was abit cramped but really good fun. Thankyou

We learned to make tortellini, ravioli and pappardelle by hand on one of our first nights in Florence. It was a small group (8-10 people) of very fun folks from all over (Ireland, US, other). The chef was awesome - fun, funny, patient and of course, made amazing sauces to accompany our pastas. There was also lots of great wine for during the food preparation and the meal. We were able to bring home the recipes and are looking forward to trying to replicate the great meal we had there. We highly recommend the class!

My son and I had an enjoyable evening learning to make different styles of pasta with Chef Eno and a friendly bunch of around 20 other participants. We learnt a lot and enjoyed eating the pasta we made, cooked and served with a variety of Tuscan sauces. The time flew by and Eno was an excellent host. Give it a go!
