I had such a wonderful experience in this class with Arturo!
We made ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle from scratch, and the whole process was fun, hands-on, and easy to follow.
Arturo is not only a skilled chef but also a fantastic teacher.
He was patient, clear, and has a great sense of humour that made the class even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident I could recreate the recipes at home, and with a new appreciation for fresh pasta.
Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting! it was a real highlight!

Brilliant experience, highly recommended we were a family with teen son but there were all ages and couples , friends and families. Our chef was great we were up the top of the building there were 3 cooking areas and about 100 people over the 3 areas, was very well organised. We cooked 3 different types of pastas. Then ate them you won’t go hungry. Plenty of wine , water and soft drinks available. A favourite thing to do in Florence!

This was so much fun. They provided everything that you would need and are chef was really good at what he did and he explained how to make everything in really good depth. The unlimited wine and soft drinks and water was a huge plus and it was super well priced for what we did especially getting a full meal out of it.

We loved Chef Andrea!! We went into this class with our friends and children and zero experience making pasta. A fabulous time was had by all! I would say that this was our favorite activity of the whole trip. And the pasta was delicious!!!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience, the class was so well organized, and so fun, not to mention that it costs less than going out for a nice meal in the city. Our instructor Niccolo was extremely funny, professional, and a master of his craft. We learned so much and made so many friends, I can’t recommend it enough

We had an amazing time with our chef Jordan. We cooked three types of pasta and it was delicious. It was a hand-on experience, we all enjoyed! The wine was an added bonus.

The class format was good and full credit to the chefs trying to guide us. It was a very hot day and our group was stuck in a sweltering courtyard while others were in airconditioned comfort. Felt like a bit of a money grab to squeeze a few extra people in.

Chef was very skilled and had a sense of humor and the wine was indeed unlimited. The pasta was also very delicious and filling

It was so much fun and a great hands on experience! We had Chef David and he was great! Pasta was so yummy and unlimited wine!

The concept was super fun! The chef was engaging and entertaining. However, the room was not air conditioned and only had one small fan. It was 95 degrees that day and the room felt like it was at least 100 degrees—miserable. Was NOT unlimited soft drinks as advertised—not enough for everyone to have one and it was way too hot for wine. It’s communal eating. You do not eat what you made. The ravioli I got had hair in it. No hair nets or gloves used by anyone. Overall, glad we experienced it, but very uncomfortable with AC and health standards were questionable.

If you’re visiting Florence and wondering whether to book this cooking class, stop thinking and just do it. It was, without question, the best thing we did during our entire stay in Florence and worth every single cent.
From the moment we arrived for the 10am class on 21 June, everything exceeded our expectations. We learned how to make three different types of authentic Italian pasta completely from scratch, and the experience was hands-on, informative, and so much fun from start to finish. The unlimited wine certainly didn’t hurt either!
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every pasta dish was paired with incredible sauces that tasted better than anything we’ve had in many restaurants. Being able to create these dishes ourselves and then sit down to enjoy them made the experience even more special.
The real star of the show, however, was our chef, Antonio. He was simply phenomenal. Antonio combined expert knowledge with a fantastic sense of humour, making everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and involved. His passion for Italian cooking was contagious, and he had the perfect balance of teaching, entertaining, and encouraging the group. He genuinely made the experience unforgettable.
This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was one of those travel experiences that creates lifelong memories. We laughed, learned new skills, drank great wine, ate incredible food, and left feeling like we’d experienced a true taste of Tuscany.
We would book this class again in a heartbeat and honestly wish we could do it all over tomorrow. If you’re travelling to Florence and don’t book this experience, you’re genuinely missing out.
A huge thank you to Antonio for making our day so special.

This was such a fun activity to learn something new, get a little messy and drink a lot of wine. Jocobo was the most entertaining instructor and we were at a big table with really fun families and couples. I would definitely do this again.
Suzanne_K, Jun 2026
Jacobo was our chef. He was very funny and engaging. He helped everyone with rolling, kneading and cutting dough into 3 sections. We learned to make ravioli, paparadella and another form of pasta. It was a lot of fun. The other guests were lovely.
Jonathan_A, Jun 2026
Loved the idea of this and we had a great time. However, photos led us to believe we would be in a stone room with a castle vibe but we were placed in a sterile kitchen room with very little airflow so it was extremely hot.
Joely_H, Jun 2026
Wonderful leadership and sense of humor. Delicious meal that you get to make and then enjoy with a glass of wine. Highly recommend.
Rebecca_P, Jun 2026
The experience was fantastic! Chef Sal took good care of our whole family, from 10 to 78. The teenager can’t wait to try and make pasta at home! Very yummy!
Jacqueline_D, Jun 2026

Nandy_R, May 2026
We had such a fun time making the pasta! It was a little hot lol but they had a fan and I is usually carry a small personal one to fan myself cause all the rolling tired me out lol! But all in all best experience ever and I had so much fun the instructor was so helpful and I’m definitely doing this with more friends next time I stop by Florence!
