Excellent experience!!
Excellent experience!!! Alessandro was a fabulous instructor...warm, hospitable, great humor and knowledgeable. Our small group of 11 was the perfect size for the instruction. The 'family dinner' after we made our pasta and tiramisu was a lovely, intimate ending to a perfect evening. Grazie mille Alessandro!!!

So Much Fun!!
We had a wonderful time with our Chef and instructor, Leo. He was very knowledgeable about the process and a lot of fun to work with! The group we were working alongside was small, making the experience personal and fun!! If you are looking for a fun culinary class while you are visiting Italy, I highly recommend going to Cucineria La Mattonaia!

Great Family Outing!
We came with our 15-year-old son and 18 & 20-year-old daughters. This was a fabulous family outing! Not only did we make fun shared memories but had a delicious meal. Our host was funny and it was a great time all the way around! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful class with a great teacher.
Chef Kevin was a great teacher! We made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu. This young man has a passion for cooking and loves what he is doing. He and his staff were very friendly and helpful and made this a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this fun and delicious event.

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
