Best cooking class ever!
It is everything you would want in a hands on cooking class. The two Francesca’s and Luiza were so wonderful and made everyone feel right at home in their home. The whole experience felt like cooking with friends. They were patient and made you feel good about mastering the techniques. The food and wine were amazing. I would definitely do it again!!

Fun event with friends!
Wonderful fun event! Something different than the typical sightseeing excursions! Chef Leonardo did an excellent job with us rookies to teach us how to make thin crust pizza and chocolate gelato! We enjoyed the pizza and gelato for our lunch! We all loved it!

Awesome experience led by Ambar, our Prosecco fairy
Ambar was an amazing class leader - she was funny, gave clear instructions, and allowed everyone to actively participate in cooking and preparing our dishes. Our group was 8-10 people (4 couples and 1 sister duo). Everyone appeared to be in their 20s-30s. We each made 2 pasta dishes (1 ravioli and 1 tagliatelle) as well as tiramisu. We had unlimited prosecco to sip on throughout the experience as well as wine with dinner. HIGHLY recommend this experience!

Most delightful cooking class with Patricia
My son and I had the most lovely memorable experience in the cooking class with Patricia as our teacher. She truly puts the love in what she does. It appears in her attentiveness to every nuance of all those attending as if they were the only ones with her in her own kitchen. That was reflected in how each of us felt so special in the warm attention she gave. We learned so much from her. She made it seem easy and natural for us to continue. Her sense of humor And her passion for Italy from the soil to the people to the signature Italian food we all produced together, is utterly contagious! Thank you Patricia for a gorgeous experience! Another delightful part of this that readers should know about is meeting people who come from all over the world and join them cooking together. Of course, Patricia brought up the best of this group's energy in her own lovely personality! Karen Hope Moss

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
