Be prepared for long queues if you haven't booked in advance. A large number of steps to negotiate, however there is a lift. Great views from windows. Awesome venue we'll worth th visit 😀
Superbly organised - meeting point was easy to find. Gallery was full of memorable paintings and sculptures, and the cafe on the top floor was most welcome ! We did have a bit of trouble finding the exit but it was a memorable - if tiring - trip !
Handy to print voucher if possible.
Also person giving you you tickets might not be exactly where viator say. They also might not be holding a flag. Ours was sitting undercover behind the collection point (it was hot) but another tour operator pointed he out.
No guide used but it was a quick and easy ticket pickup and beautiful walk through priceless renaissance art
Exceptional but very crowded!
It is an amazing collection of master art - however we did not have time to wait in lines inside the gallery to see a couple of the most popular rooms.
Seeing the gallery was great, but unfortunately I don’t think these tickets were worth it. It would’ve been way cheaper to just buy tickets through the museum and actually getting the tickets was confusing. We couldn’t figure out the audio guide and so we basically just paid extra for no reason. Also, getting the tickets was confusing. We waiting in front of a random statue and just waited until someone walked up to us to give us tickets which was kinda sketch. Overall, I would skip this and just buy tickets through the museum.
It takes about 2-3 hours using their audio tour. Has a real art history. Very organized in chronological order.
Never got our tickets.. this is a scam. Could not find meeting place… didn’t know we needed to meet someone. Will never use this site again. And we live near Boston where this address is… so disappointing!

Bad it is during the summer. Perhaps it was spring break for
College. It took me a lot longer to get through everything. Because of that. Pictures were beautiful, & statues were very impressive. Botticelli's statue of venus was beautiful. But you had less than a minute to take a picture, and that was it... No recording was allowed.
The ticket collecting process was very easy, with great communication from the operator - via WhatsApp. We got to go to the very front of the line at our tour time. It was well worth it. The museum itself is amazing.

We really enjoyed the self guided audio tour through the Uffizi Gallery. The self paced tour took us 2.5 hours but we could have spent all day viewing the paintings. We really liked the layout of the gallery taking you from one century to the next to see the progression of techniques. So happy we took the time to enjoy the gallery.

Bad experience. Showed up at the correct time and place and nobody was there. Texted tour operator, no response. Phone number did not work. Feel cheated and upset because we paid for a tour that never happened.
We visited in January. There was not a line to get in. It was easy to move around and see everything. We skipped the audio guide and used Rick Steve's tour guide. It added so much to the visit.
Be sure to stop in the cafe afterwards to reflect on your visit and enjoy the views.
The meeting point was difficult to find since we walked in from the river side. It would help to say that the statue is in the ne corner of the Piazalle Uffizi. There was construction in the middle and you couldn't see past it. The guide called on what's app so enter your phone number when you book, even if you don't have your home sim card active.

The communication with ticket company was appalling and confusing and as a result caused much stress surely there must be a more straightforward way of actually obtaining the entrance tickets. Sadly would not recommend using Viator.

This was one of the best museum tours I have ever had. Vicky was incredibly knowledgeable about the art in the Uffizi Galleries and the historical background to the creation of these masterworks. More interesting and informative than any art history class I have taken. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.
Our tour guide Olga is well versed in Florentine history. She explained everything very thoroughly. Just be ready to walk many steps.
Uffizi is beautiful but getting tickets through Viator was challenging. The person who had our tickets was a random woman standing in front of a random column...ridiculous set up. It added stress to a situation that should not have been stressful. Viator needs to have a better way designed for distribution of the tickets.
The tour guide had a lot of information and was very knowledgeable but the tour was a bit slow for us. We eventually left the tour and did the rest on our own.
Why this company can’t just send us the tickets instead of figure out how to meet with die one is done.
No one showed to give us our tickets at the designated time and location. We received no explanation or apology. Fortunately, we went during the off season and could buy tickets there at half the price. Viator was really helpful in getting us a refund. Avoid purchasing from this specific tour operator though.
Was worth seeing the beautiful art. Took about 2 hours to walk through but you can spend more time going through all of the rooms

This is not really a skip the line experience. You have to wait on a long line. It is timed entry. Our time was 11 am and did not get in till about 11:30. The rest of the experience was great.
So what happens in this instance is you book with them and they buy the actual ticket in your name and transfer it to you electronically on site before you enter. I wasn’t aware that’s what was going to happen and was initially confused so I thought it might be helpful to have it clearly spelled out. Reminder to bring ID as these are named tickets and they do check ID at several stages of the entrance sequence. But for the life of me I couldn’t buy tickets directly from the Uffizi back home in the states so this was a lifesaver through the app. Worth the cost
All this got me was in the door. I didn't like the headsets since they skipped some pieces I was interested in. I'd hire a real guide. I think it's worth the money to have a professional than wandering the museum with out context.
This gets you into the Uffizi gallery. Nothing more. The rest is a headset guided tour. Took us a bit to figure out how to match up audio to locations. But, overall, very enjoyable experience.
I would recommend this as it takes any confusion away in figuring things out , the company takes care of tickets for you. You meet them at the designated spot to check in , them they electronically send you the entry ticket. The only part that was a little difficult was finding the statue to meet at because it was a little crowded, but we found it easily enough.
I know these resellers exist and they need to make a living, but this was literally no value add. We could have gone online and bought the rickets ourselves for half the price. It was a guy with a sign inputting our info and emailing me the digital ticket. He then pointed us where to go and we left.
I so t begrudge people needing to make a living but a 100% markup for filling in a website seems a bit much. Shane on me for realizing this when I purchased this from Viator. I am also disappointed in Viator as I am told the reselling is illegal.
