Pick-Up Included, Return Drop-Off Excluded: We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet service in the lobby of your hotel or at your designated pickup location in downtown San Francisco and nearby neighborhoods. Your private tour guide will be holding a printed sign with our company’s logo and your name. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at the Alcatraz ferry terminal. Important: Please Note A common misunderstanding: return drop-off is not included after your visit to Alcatraz. To keep costs down and avoid unnecessary overtime for your guide, we ask that you make your own way back to your hotel. Most customers stay near Fisherman’s Wharf, which is within walking distance of the ferry terminal and offers scenic views along the shoreline, as well as attractions like Pier 39, restaurants, and sea lions. You can easily return by cable car or other affordable means of transportation if you are staying downtown. Thank you for understanding!

El recorrido fue una experiencia única, el guía “Adam” muy bien en trato y conocimientos. Sin embargo las agencias acaparan los boletos de Alcatraz por lo cual escasean y te los venden mucho mas caros.

La Isla de Alcatraz está gestionada por el Servicio de Parques Nacionales, y no permiten que agencias como la nuestra vendan entradas. Lo que reservaste y pagaste no fue por las entradas, sino por un tour privado de 5 horas con un guía local de habla hispana en un SUV de lujo, que incluye una visita a Alcatraz. Este paquete estaba claramente detallado en el momento de la reserva y honramos todos los aspectos del tour, incluso ofreciendo una hora adicional de servicio sin costo extra. What you booked and paid for was not for tickets—rather, a private 5-hour custom-guided tour of San Francisco in a luxury SUV, with a Spanish-speaking tour guide, including a visit to Alcatraz. This package was clearly outlined at the time of booking, and we proudly honored all aspects of the tour, including an additional hour of service at no extra cost. We work hard to provide an excellent experience for our clients, and feedback like this is disheartening, especially when our guides volunteer their time to offer Spanish-language tours at no extra charge.
