Our tour guide, Ted, was super enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about Petco and the Padres. We had been to the park numerous times, but seeing all of the behind-the-scenes stuff was awesome! We went in a dugout, the Home Plate Club, got to go down to field level seats, press club… it was truly a fun experience!

Excellent tour and experience. We got a fantastic behind the scenes look at the park and it was extra cool because opening day is this week so there was a lot more than usual going on. Highly recommend the tour. As an FYI you get 10% off to the team store with your tour sticker so wait until after the tour to buy your gear.

This experience was so fun, and fully exceeded our expectations. We’re locals but love to explore our city like tourists, and this was something neither of us had done. Melanie was the best, and you could tell she loves her job, and that’s just as much a perk for us. Highly recommend!

    Mostly good

    Rebecca_T, Mar 2026
We went with our family of five—our oldest two boys love baseball, our youngest not so much. Mo asked our youngest four different questions about the foul pole because he was the youngest—then laughed and said he’s 0 for four. My son didn’t volunteer, he was singled out because he was the youngest. The tour was otherwise fun, bun singling out an 11 year old and laughing at him was a lame move.

    Overall great experience

Our tour guide, Brad, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Petco park is a beautiful stadium. The tour focused on the fan experience- bars, seating, suites, luxury seating. We saw the visitor locker room. More time on the field or in the dugout/bullpen would have made the experience even better.

Facts Galore on this tour 😁

Karen was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Petco Park is a nice facility but not particularly unique. Worth the venture.

    Stadium Tour delight

Dan was amazing! Bring some water. Wear comfortable shoes lots of walking of course. Lots to see. I had a great time.

    What a ballpark!

    Jill_M, Feb 2026
Petco Park offers great views in San Diego and is a beautiful ballpark full of history and all kinds of nooks and crannies. Our tour guide, Dan was delightful and shared great stories. If you love baseball and city history, this is your tour. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is, though interesting and fun, I thought it was a bit pricey

    Excellent tour

    Eric_E, Feb 2026
This was a wonderful tour of Petco Park. Dan did a great job sharing details about the park and Padres’ history. We got to the dugouts, press booth, locker room, and even the players’ garage. I learned a lot about the stadium, and would do it again with another group of friends.

A well organized tour starting at the Metal Western Supply building to the dugouts! Lots of cool spots in between.

Great tour of #petcopark. We even saw #fernandotarisjr practice hitting behind 1-way mirror. Our tour guide Karen was incredibly knowledgeable about the park and team. You could just feel her enthusiasm and pride. Best tour I’ve ever had.

    Great tour

Great guide (Thor) for our tour. Loved seeing all the behind the scenes areas. I’d recommend this tour!

The tour of Petco Park was very interesting. It was fun to see behind the scenes and experience the beautiful stadium from different locations within the park. So many great options for fans! Our guide Brian was very knowledgeable and had lots to share.

Very nice tour. Our tour guide, Juan, was funny and knowledgeable. We had a good time and saw a lot of the stadium, locker rooms, press area and very fancy private clubs.

    Mo made the day!

If there's any way to request a tour guide… Request Mo. He was absolutely fantastic! He was enthusiastic throughout the tour. You could tell he really loved what he was doing. Very knowledgeable, and very .

    Great Experience

My husband and I enjoyed this tour so much and learned a lot of info about the Padres! Our tour guide Jan was wonderful!

Excellent an interesting tour of Petco Park in San Diego

    Steve_S, Nov 2025
Excellent tour and guide was knowledgable. However, he did not like adults asking questions and would abruptly say “I am getting to that” when someone asked a question. He would be even more effective if he was more welcoming of all questions and more patient.

Dan was a great guide with many interesting anecdotes. The tour included dugout, visitor clubhouse, suites and other behind the scenes areas. Much fun for all.

Jane was an excellent tour guide. It was a small group and we were able to learn many historical facts and see many areas of the park. A fantastic venue……well worth the visit!!!

It was a cool experience to see the behind-the-scenes. It would’ve been nice to have some water available and it would’ve been kind of cool to be able to go on the field, but I understand. Thank you for the good times.

Very in-depth tour of the stadium. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Highlights for us were the press box and being on the ground at visitors dugout. Fabulous perspective!

    A must-do for baseball fans!

Whether you’re a Padres fan or a baseball fan from out of town, DO THIS TOUR! Incredible views, great stories, and a memorable experience. (And we loved the tour with Brad!)

Mo was a fantastic tour guide. The park is absolutely gorgeous and unique. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Tour

    Michael_S, Jul 2025
Not an exclusive tour. Most tours allow you to see alot more about the stadium. Was disappointed. Don't get to see anything except guest locker room and press box outside of going to a normal game.

A great value for what you get to see!

    Patricia_V, Jul 2025
Behind the scenes tour was great! Our tour guide was Jann and she was wonderful and knowledgeable. She gave us the history of the ballpark and the team. We saw the inside of many of the places we’d never get to go into - at our price levels ;). Then we saw the game later in the day and it was more special. I’d highly recommend.

    Loved this!!
