It was a fantastic tour of the park! I've been going for years and I learned so much. It was also a lot of fun and I can't believe we were able to see pretty much the whole park. Lastly Segways are super fun. My son and I had blast.

We have taken Segway tours throughout the US and the one we had with Bridgitte in Balboa Park was by far the best one. She is a great guide and very friendly and informative.

The initial practice on the Segways did not prevent an accident from happening so I think that the practice session time should be based on the experience and comfort level of each participant. Once the tour stated, it was delightful! Chris was Knowledgeable, friendly and tuned into the needs of his riders.

Bridgette was a great instructor. We practiced in the parking lot before exploring the park. She was very patient and encouraging when I was frightened. She shared very interesting history of Balboa Park.
I feel like the private tour allowed you to learn and move at a pace you are comfortable with. Starting the tour in the park instead of beginning on city streets is a much better idea.
Even though it was a bit frightening, I enjoyed the experience and would do it again. My husband also enjoyed the experience and had absolutely no trouble manouvering the Segway.

This was the highlight of our staycation. We live in Orange County and spent a few days in the San Diego area. Our guide was the absolute best. We were able to see the entire Balboa Park. It was safe and very easy to learn to ride the Segway - I was a little worried at first as I am not the best bike rider. I never felt nervous or unsafe. Our guide was ontime, waiting for us, took her time and didn't rush, had great information but made it fun. My teenage daughters were with me and they said this was the best!

The tour was really interesting and the park was beautiful! Bridgette made learning the Segway much less scary than I thought it would be. She was patient and let us practice until we felt secure enough to go out. She was very knowledgeable about the park and that made the tour great!

Bridgette was an excellent tour guide and Segway instructor. She also handled an unusual situation with great professionalism - after dismounting from the Segway and taking a break halfway through the tour, I accidentally tripped on a hole in a concrete curb. My elbow got a good scrape, and the shock caused me to feel faint for a couple minutes. Bridgette pulled out a first aid kit immediately, treating my injury and making very sure I was fully recovered before continuing the tour. You're in good hands with Bridgette.

Bridgette ROCKS!! She made this experience so much fun and interesting. We'd never been on a segway before and Bridgette provide an atmosphere where we felt safe and comfortable. Loved it, our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. Great way to see SD if you're on a tight schedule! PS anyone can ride a Segway I was super scared I wouldn't get it, but felt confident within less than 10 min on it. Don't hesitate :

We saw beautiful gardens and got an overview of the museums and area.
The segway allowed us to see a lot in 2 hours.
Our guide, Bridgette at Adventures in San Diego, was great. Provided
the segway, water, helmets and was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun.
Can't imagine a better guide.
