Wine tasting fun!
This was a great experience! Magda was a fantastic guide!! She was very knowledgeable about the wines and engaging. The staff at each wine house were courteous and made us feel welcome. The other guests were very nice. The conversations about their excursions in San Diego were very informative and fun. I would go on this tour again!

Magda was a very good and...
Magda was a very good and knowledgeable guide, and the choices of restaurants was an eclectic set of cuisines (Mexican, Greek and Irish). She and the restaurants were very accommodating with our late addition to the tour (prompted by the late cancellation of our other food tour).

My personal food tour and Ferry to Coronado Island with Maria aka MM tours
My girlfriend was coming to visit her son and new grandchild. I was so excited when she invited me to come with her to San Diego, CA. It was also her birthday and what better way to celebrate her birthday than with her grandchild. I decided to check out the different excursions they have to offer while in San Diego. I chose the San Diego walking food tour and Ferry to Coranado Island. I'm warning you don't eat because you will not be able to enjoy all the delicious food you'll partake. All the food was included in the price. Maria owner of MM Tours was our tour guide and she didn't disappoint she was very informative about old and new San Diego. Maria kept us on our toes and she really showed us a good time. Maria is so funny and and down to earth with an awesome and bubly personality. And we all fell in Iove with Coranado Island. There is a beautiful boutique called Miss Match Boutique make sure you take a look inside. The Fish Market was our first stop on our food tour. Then we took a ferry over to Coronado Island where we enjoyed delicious authentic Greek cuisine. We took the 2nd ferry back to Seaport Village. We walked off most of the food and made some space in our stomachs. Our 3rd food stop was Crack Taco Shop. I enjoyed a pork al pastor taco. It was banging my girlfriend Lele the birthday girl had the Bahia grilled shrimp taco. The food was very flavorful and filling. Maria took us to our 4th food stop Seaport Fudge Factory we enjoyed our choice of dessert. I decided to try the Vegan dole soft serve peach. It was so refreshing and my girlfriend Lele the birthday girl had the vanilla bean cheesecake. The next time you take a trip to San Diego take the food tour with Maria aka MM Tours. You will have a wonderful time.

Tequila Tasters
You cross the border and meet the guide after you are in Mexico. Once there you take a bus downtown. This tasting did 2 tequila tasting and I believe the other only does one. We got to go to an actual tequila store, and Tabitha introduced us to the scorpion challenge. We also got to go to three different places for tacos which the other tour I believe only goes one place. Which all the tacos were delicious! Overall this was an amazing experience and our tour guide Tabitha was everything we could have asked for. It was our first time in Mexico and we felt so welcome and had such a blast! Before the tour was over she also showed me to a good tattoo shop and gave us tips about places and things to do. Thanks to Tabitha we will definitely be planning future trips to Tijuana.

Old Town San Diego Charm
Old Town San Diego has a rich and interesting history. Tacos and Tequila were great! Ben was a terrific guide. Very knowledgeable and personable and not just about Old Town San Diego. He had a number of great recommendations in the greater San Diego area. Great tips on the little extras we could do around the things we already had planned.

Fantastic Tijuana Experience with Great Food & Tequila
I had an awesome trip to Tijuana. The food was outstanding, and the tequila tasting was a highlight—really well done and a lot of fun. Our tour guide, Tadeo, was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job showing us around and sharing insights about the city. Tijuana felt very safe and surprisingly clean throughout our visit.
One tip for anyone planning this trip: I highly suggest having Global Entry for the return to the U.S when crossing the border. If not, be prepared to stand in line for 2+ hours when crossing back. Overall, a fantastic experience and absolutely worth it!

Lots of delicious...
Lots of delicious authentic Italian foods I've never tried but really enjoyed. Our authentic Italian American guide was super interactive with the whole group and very knowledgeable about the area and the people who migrated here and their families still live here including so many locals who know him personally. So much fun! Thanks so much!

Relaxing, fun
Food amounts were just right, recommend skipping the meal before going or keeping it light. Good tips on cool things to check out after the food tour (speakeasy, actual Irish pub, whiskey house). Doug was fun, informative, friendly, and we really enjoyed the native San Diegan perspective on the history of the area.

Afternoon Food Tour
This is a good tour to be acquainted with the Gas Lamp quarter. You will be full by the end and will have a good idea of to do on your own. Lydia L from Sidewalk Tours was a great host and provided a brief history of the area, we also walked through Horton Grand Hotel. Our favorites were the Cuban restaurant and the Cali Cream at the end.

Beautiful way to spend a morning in San Diego
Great experience, the crew was friendly and accommodating. Food was great, of good quality with lots of sweet and savory options, and served buffet style. Our group enjoyed the made to order omelet station. Our champagne/sparkling cider glasses were never empty! Inside where we ate was comfortable temp, not too hot or cold, but pack layers for going outside on the decks for photo opportunities. Kids aged 12 & 10 enjoyed this as well. We would definitely do another cruise with this company, maybe we will try the dinner cruise but we’d definitely even do the brunch again!

Great local experience
This was the main day fun experience we’ve had. We felt like our guide just welcomed us into her family. She asked a few questioned which helped her zero in on what we wanted which was a “local” experience. She nailed it. She was funny, knowledgeable, took us to some really great places to eat and drink.

LOTS of fun and LOTS of delicious wine!
I randomly decided to take a winery tour while I was in the San Diego area, and I'm very happy that I did! I met some great folks from our tour guide, Dave, to the other guests on the tour. We tried wine from 3 different vineyards, each with unique and special offerings for visitors. Dave was very knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour, giving us fascinating information on how the area became known for wine. I would 100% recommend this tour!
