Fun Time in the Gaslamp!
A few friends and I took this tour while visiting San Diego for a history conference on the USS Midway. Ben was our tour guide and he was great! There was just enough history, coupled with tasty treats and downtime to talk with friends and tour mates. I have done a food tour in NYC as well and find them great ways to get to know local spots you other side wouldn’t see. I highly recommend this tour!

Take the tour, say hi to Steven for me.
The tour was fun, the tour guide, Steven, was informative and engaging and his music selection was awesome if you like oldies. If I may make one suggestion, bring a jacket. It was 87 degrees during the day but about 60 degrees at night and going over the Coronado bridge with open windows is no joke. It was cold.

Immersive experience
This tour was very fun! We got to learn the history of the places we visited and the stories were very intriguing. Cowboy Pete was a great tour guide with a fun personality and great story telling skills. Perfect mix of riding on the bus and being in or near the locations.

Best tour yet!
Best tour ever! Humberto was an excellent guide. It was clear he was an expert of not only Tijuana but of the culture, history, government, and economics of Mexico. Our small group allowed us to be flexible and allowed Humberto to ensure everyone was able to see and experience what they came for. He was able to accommodate unscheduled stops such as, stopping at a local cigar shop to watch a cigar roller and find Cuban cigars. Humberto made sure everyone was safe (which was never a concern), feed with amazing food options, and that bathrooms and beverages were available. He made sure we made it safely into Mexico and back across the border. He was available to assist with any issues until we made it across. Our small group got 4x more in value than what we paid for. I scheduled a number of tours over the last month while traveling in Europe, I had a work meeting in San Diego and this one (in comparison to the many in Europe) was the most affordable, most interesting, most fun, and most educational.

So much fun!!
This was so much more fun than we thought it was going to be! We upgraded to the GoCar E-Sport when we got there, this was definitely a lot more comfortable if you are a taller person. The folks there treated us well and were super helpful. The navigation on these things was great, even including things you might normally miss. All around great time and highly recommend to anyone looking to check out the area.

Happy we went.
It’s a great experience. I love all the veterans there telling their stories and explaining things. We parked at Seaport Cillage and made a day of the Midway - the shops and the restaurants. All beautiful. On the Midway be sure to do the island tour. That was our favorite part. And the movie - do the movie! It’s only 15 minutes.

Highly recommend!
Jim was a fantastic tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for history and facts. He was very entertaining and funny the whole time and he knew the answers to any questions thrown at him and a bunch of random facts about places we were passing by. He was very punctual at all our stops and honorable mention he is also fluent in Spanish and he kept switching languages to make jokes to amuse all members in the car. Very great guy, super nice tour!

Peaceful tour and much enjoyed.
Pack a jacket! I don't care how hot you think you are, that ocean is an automatic fifteen-degree dip and there is almost never not a wind. Also wear grippy shoes without a slick sole, or be prepared to just kick them off and walk barefoot.
The trip itself was really great. It's very quiet once out on the water, and the captain was a font of fun trivia, pointing out landmarks on both the naval base and the cityside and telling neat stories about all of them. Whether we had questions about San Diego, sailing, or the navy, he just about all the answers. Three hours is a long time for just sitting on the water, yes, but just enjoying the sounds of the wind and water forces relaxation upon you. Sailing is like yoga, but with more ropes and pulleys. Definitely a tonic for the soul.

Tequila Tasters
You cross the border and meet the guide after you are in Mexico. Once there you take a bus downtown. This tasting did 2 tequila tasting and I believe the other only does one. We got to go to an actual tequila store, and Tabitha introduced us to the scorpion challenge. We also got to go to three different places for tacos which the other tour I believe only goes one place. Which all the tacos were delicious! Overall this was an amazing experience and our tour guide Tabitha was everything we could have asked for. It was our first time in Mexico and we felt so welcome and had such a blast! Before the tour was over she also showed me to a good tattoo shop and gave us tips about places and things to do. Thanks to Tabitha we will definitely be planning future trips to Tijuana.

This was my first sailing...
This was my first sailing excursion and the highlight to my trip to San Diego! Captain Kenly was knowledgeable and kept everyone laughing throughout this very memorable experience. Thanks to Captain Kenly and the rest of the crew for an amazing sightseeing trip on the water!!!

Great local experience
This was the main day fun experience we’ve had. We felt like our guide just welcomed us into her family. She asked a few questioned which helped her zero in on what we wanted which was a “local” experience. She nailed it. She was funny, knowledgeable, took us to some really great places to eat and drink.

Enjoyable San Diego in a day tour.
Very comprehensive tour of many places in San Diego. George is a friendly and informative guide and driver. Great stopover places.
Though we been to San Diego several times from Asia and Australia what we saw is new to us which only locals like George will know.
