Your evening begins at the marina where you can board your boat for a scenic Mission Bay cruise. Instead of getting caught up in crowds, this boat trip allows you to see top landmarks from a distance, including the vast SeaWorld complex. As well as showcasing the local area from a new vantage point, the tour also reveals stunning unobstructed sunset views.

Beautiful and enjoyable. Went to watch the sunset with my wife to celebrate our 24 anniversary and while not perfect it was picturesque.
The employees did the best with what they had but this was not an ideal sunset cruise. We had to keep moving throughout the boat to catch the views unobstructed. Also the tour guide was awesome and knowledgeable, however we could only hear her when we were right behind her and once we changed spots on the boat, we were unable to hear what she was saying. There was also music playing that was inconsistent and interfering with the ability to hear the guide. The staff was very nice, full of personality but we didn’t really get to enjoy the experience.
This was actually one of the least expensive things we did on our trip but was by far our favorite. The crew was very nice, the boat was well kept, and the drink prices on board were very affordable. I was worried it was going to be a rushed trip, but we actually got to enjoy and watch the sunset for about 30 minutes near the end of the cruise. Would highly recommend. Will definitely keep it in mind if we return!
Beautiful experience. Very nice people. So very glad we did this for our anniversary celebration. So much fun. The sunset was breathtaking.

The views of the sunset were nice but the boat wasn’t anything special. We just went around the bay at 5 mph. Would probably look for a different boat if I didn’t again.

Smooth cruise ride with nice sunset. Priority boarding was not worth getting on first because everyone else go on right after and didn’t have the 15 minute grace to get drinks or seats
No need to pay the $10 extra they charge people to get priority treatment

It's a must see with this type of amazing sunset, the evening was great, the crew was amazing, there's parking there's place to grab a bite before going on the ship and there's refreshment on the ship.

Great experience with great staff. They cruise around the bay for an hour then give you a perfect view of the sunset for about 15 mins. Relaxing.
Staff was upbeat and energetic. The cruise was smooth and relaxing. Drinks were excellent and service was amazing.
It’s a beautiful view maybe just need a blanket or sweater. One thing I would like to change maybe less people on the boat at a time a lot of people stand either in the front or in the back and if you’re seated, you cannot see.
But overall amazing view, nice tour guides, and employees

The staff were great, but the boat was so crowded. We were stuck inside because there was no room outside. The top deck had people sandwiched in, and both bow and stern seating was full.
There was very little if any narration re:landmarks, so not really sure what we were looking at.
Overall it was Ok.

Go at sunset. No whale watching as they stay in the bay. Next time I’ll book earlier to get a spot on the whale watch!

The trip was very relaxing. We saw great views of San Diego and the sunset over the ocean. The crew was very nice and professional.
Boaring. Needed more narative. Look over here. This is where we are. Example look at the seals. Do you see Sea World. More enter mingling. Dont beg for tips. You pay enough

If you go through Viator you need to fill out a waiver so go early, if you ordered it through the cruise company they sent an email for you to fill out the waiver
Super cool relaxing view. Simple and easy going experience The bartender made some great drinks. Need to try this once in your life.
Our 2.5 year old and 17 year old enjoyed the sail just as much as we did. Accommodating and friendly crew. Highly recommend.

It was as beautiful sunset cruise and the staff treated us well! We highly recommend you book a trip if you’re coming to the San Diego area.
Tour guides were amazing. Views were awesome ! Very relaxing! The process from the booking to picking up the tickets was easy.
We had assumed the cruise would have someone explaining what we were seeing as we “drove” by. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

All in our party agreed that the sunset cruise was a hit. The crew was enjoyable, the scenery lovely and the captain personable and knowledgeable. We were treated to a beautiful sunset. I would definitely do this again in the future.

The boat and crew were nice
The cruise itself was boring
We thought it would be narrated at least a little bit to highlight what we were seeing. It wasn’t narrated at all, not even comments or “welcome aboard”

Highly recommend the priority boarding to get to the top of the boat for best views. Check beforehand to make sure there will be a clear sunset. Otherwise the experience may be diminished.
It wasn't very entertaining. We didn't see a sunset, we were a bit too late for the view. Most of the trip is just getting out of the bay.

Great boat. Despite lack of full sunset still nice to get out on the water. Crew was attentive, kind, and fun.
The tour was very nice but there is a bit of a push to buy drinks and tip at the end. Overall it was a nice time. Bring a jacket as it gets cool out on the water.
Great fun aboard this bay cruise which rocked a great 70s and 80s soundtrack … had a friendly, service-minded crew … and provided a peaceful sunset view.
The cruise was nice and relaxing. The staff very friendly, especially Terrell. Would definitely recommend for couples.
