Very knowledgable and friendly guide helped us get much more out of our time - and kept our 10-yr old daughter engaged throughout the process! Skip the line tickets are very useful since there is an incredibly long line otherwise. One thing I didn't realize is that this ticket is for Vatican only and does not cover St. Peter's Basilica for which there is a separate queue, and we didn't have skip the line tickets for it since we didn't know about this separation. This was somewhat disappointing, and it would have been good if this were clearer.

Julia was fantastic in her explanations and lots of little quick facts. A very knowledgeable guide. We skipped so much time in queues which was a saviour for our 4 year old daughter. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Martina was amazing! We were a family of 6 two parents two grandparents and two teenagers ages 13 and 16. She spoke excellent English and was patient and attentive and guided us so well with so much good information along the way about what we saw.

Our guide was knowledgable and savvy at getting us through the crowds. He engaged really well with the kids (aged 10 and 12) so that it was a memorable experience for them and us. . He followed the lead to explore further the questions the kids had which was very thoughtful in terms of engaging their interests.
I was a little disappointed that he did not come into the Sistine chapel and St Peter’s Cathedral with us, but I believe they try to keep guides to a minimum due to crowds.
I’d highly recommend, however it was very expensive though, and I can’t figure out why the cost was so high.

Amazing tour! Great communication for meeting point-we were through ticketing and security in 6 minutes. We loved this tour for that reason alone as we saw ppl lining up around the corner before we arrived. The information was perfect for our kids 14, 13 and 9. My husband and I were able to ask other questions and the guide had endless knowledge and fabulous stories to share. We could not rate the tour higher. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent time with Martina our guide. She was knowledgeable, fun and engaging. Travellled wuth 13 and 15 yr old. We were very lucky as tour group ended up just being our family. She was able to guide us through the maze of people an direct our attention to some of the most interesting sights with clear explanations. Would highly recommend

Donato was an incredible tour guide! He brought to life all this is the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican City and was able to focus, educate and energize our children while giving us the most thorough and enjoyable tour. Our son and I had a short trip to Rome and I wanted to minimize lines. I knew he would mutiny in a long line and a standard tour. This tour met my needs and more. There was no line. Our guide, Martina , was easy to find. She was knowledgeable and engaging for both of us. Her pacing was excellent and our son enjoyed the tour. 10yo could ask questions about what interested him in the museum and Martina was great to answer them and provide great info for me as well. All the while, I could also enjoy the museums and church without rushing because anyone was too tired or too bored—he was tired at the end, but he enjoyed the tour and wasn’t ready for it to end.

Best tour of our trip. We have 4 kids, with a wide age range. The guide was able to keep them all engaged and entertained while still being informative for us. She was interactive and engaged the kids with questions. Had a “competition” between the kids and adults that the kids loved, especially when they got to beat their parents.

Simona was a fantastic guide and we were so glad to have booked this tour with her. The scavenger hunt and games she had for the kids were perfect, and kept our 11 year old boy (who is always bored) engaged the whole time. Her command of the history and ability to tell stories is truly impressive. I was not thrilled with how expensive it was to see the Vatican like this, but it was worth it. The Vatican was crazy crowded and I honestly don’t think we could have done it on our own without a lot of stress and wasting a ton of time. We learned so much more and got so much more out of it by doing the tour with Simona. I would do it again.

It was a very hot day. I booked the family one for my kids and it didn’t keep there attention. I would have liked more of a kid friendly tour. It was very hot and the guide talked way to much.

Our guide was Rossella and she was wonderful! She studies art history and is a devoted, passionate, knowledgeable and personable guide. She is also a real pro at navigating your small group through the throbbing crowds. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenaged boys (one with Autism, thus the need for a private tour) and our experience couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this tour and in the end it is a good value!

Our group of 11 family members with 4 granddaughters ages 5-8 thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Allesandra was wonderful and engaging with the children. She also provided many facts and answers for the adults in our group. The no waiting in line quick access to the Vatican museums was great as there were huge lines of people waiting to enter.

As the entrance to the Vatican was full of people, finding a guide Simona was difficult, but she found us. The Vatican has a precious collection. As it is a special place, we recommend that people with children in particular guide you. We participated in Kids and Family Tour. The boys were two teenagers, but the tour guide Simona was very enthusiastic to explain, so the kids enjoyed themselves very much. The children started fighting on the way, but she was very calm and perseverance guide. We were able to hear stories about various precious collections from her. Thank you very much!

This tour was excellent and I would highly recommend it to all. Our guide was great with the kids and was very knowledgeable. This was an awesome tour. Maria was our guide and again she was awesome. She was waiting for us at the assigned meeting location which was provided to us with a photo in advance. She spoke excellent English, she engaged the kids in our group, had a vast amount of knowledge about what we were seeing and shared it with our group in an interesting manner. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to see the Vatican without waiting in line and with getting the most out of what you are seeing by having someone explain it all to you. The Sistine Chapel is absolutely amazing as was the Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica.

Our guide, Rosaria, was great. She was very knowledgeable, which my husband and I appreciated, and she made the tour interesting for our 8-year old twins. She also helped us carry our stroller with our baby in it up and down numerous staircases. This was the only way our family could have seen the museum and Sistine Chapel -- it would have been too difficult otherwise.
