In-Depth Learning Experience

Very interesting and in-depth tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the museum and the art. (I don’t remember her name but she was British!). I think the museum could limit the amount of people as it was rather crowded and so hot, but the tour was worth it vs going on our own. The communication could have been better, I don’t know if it was the language barrier but the directions were not clear for arrival.

Felix, our tour guide did an amazing job, he gets 5/5. The rest of the organization of the tour gets 3/5. 1) We were never told in the tour listing about shoulders and knees needing to be covered, thankfully we knew this, but this would’ve been a major issue if we hadn’t already known. 2) We were giving several locations to meet in the beginning and then the time changed by an hour the day of…this did not instill confidence in the company. 3. They can only communicate through WhatsApp, which was annoying. If there are no other tickets available with other companies, I would use this company again.

When we got to our first part of the tour, the guides there said they had never heard of the company that was supposed to be doing our tour. We didn’t have actual tickets. We never got the vouchers. I immediately called and the company picked up… This is not Buyer. It was the tour company. they said they couldn’t get us in so that we needed to go to the second part of the tour so we literally ran over there and when we got there, they kept saying they were going to send us our tickets… They never did! So we ended up having to purchase our own tickets. They have said they were going to give us a full refund but as of today, they have not.

After getting tickets you thanked us, also we send you that screenshot to your email. Yes 28 april there was no guide, thats why you got the refund. But first we discussed it. Because of the death of the pope sistine chapel was closed. Thats why there was no guide. You knew all the situation, you got the tickets, you got the refund. But i have no idea why you are saying like that in review section !
