We had to got to 3 different places to get our tickets. First we when to where we need to be and they guided us to a different place. Then we were moved again to get our admission. All the time moving away from the Vatican. Walking the Vatican is a lot of walking. My wife doesn’t walk well and that unnecessary walking.

Even though there was an initial issue with getting tickets due to the Vatican selling too many, this vendor helped us and gave us a free upgrade so we could still go on our tour. Would 100% percent recommend. Customer service is 10000/10.

Think you’re buying a tour? I think again. This operators description makes it sound like you’re buying a guided tour. Do not make the same mistake I did. This ticket is only to skip the line. Worth it to avoid the crowds with a tour operator. Makes it seem when you arrive like there is a human tour guide coming with you to give you history and information about what you’re saying. They also tell you that the ticket will give you priority access to multiple other locations for example, the basilica, but this is false. There are no tickets to get in anywhere else. The “tour” they give you is far from helpful. It’s a printed sheet with some images of highlights to see but no other information.

Sistine Chapel is underwhelming. Crowded, hot, exhausting. The walking in such a crowd was a bit hard along with the heat in the building. It was only 82 outside. Just overcrowded and hot.

My only criticism would be to confirm the address to pick up tickets, as it was different from the address confirmed at time of booking. Ibrahim called prior to confirm, and was easy to communicate with via What’s App to answer any questions I had. The owner greeted us at the ticket office and offered to walk us over to the entry point. Overall, a great experience and I was very happy we chose this company!

I arrived later than I should have but they found us another ticket. Shuvo was the one to help us and because we had to wait for the next ticket slot. He walked us to a restaurant he recommended. And later on when we were done we ran into him in the street and he helped us find the metro. He also gave us pointers. He went above and beyond and was such a nice guy.
