It was super crowded. We did this on our own without a guide and I’m so glad we did!! No way when it’s this crowded to listen to a guide when you are being pushed along,

I would t do this again or suggest it to anyone unless you are really into looking at a lot of statues on your way to the Sistine Chapel. You have to go through the entire Vatican Museum to finally get to the Sistine Chapel. I wish I could’ve just gone in there. Then to leave, it is horrible to find your way out. Just my opinion.

Sadly we missed our experience. Our flight was delayed leaving the US and then getting through customs did not allow enough time to meet our entry que. Sadly because we were ourside the 24 hour window we were unable to receive a refund or exchange for another experience.
