- Please bring a bottle of water per person.
- Carry medium size back packs as large ones will be checked into the cloak room and involves a long walk to get them back.
- The following items along with the bags will have to be checked into the cloak room: glass bottles of any kind, swiss knives, wine openers, large tripods and large bags.
- Photography is permitted in most rooms but without flash. It is prohibited to photograph inside the Sistine Chapel.
- Entry to St. Peter's Basilica may be subject to unexpected closures or limited availability of tickets. If an area typically included in the tour is closed, our guide will provide an explanation and show an additional site or gallery to compensate As these circumstances are beyond our control, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- You can also chose to climb the dome on your own, for a separate fee.
- On Wednesdays the Basilica is closed until noon due to the Papal Audience.
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Bring Umbrellas that can fold and are not long have a pokey end
- The tour ends in front on the Basilica. You can spend more time inside the Basilica but you cannot go back to the Sistine Chapel nor the Museum.
- Not recommended for clients who cannot climb and decent stairs
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

We had the pleasure of a one-on-one tour with Rahul. His tour was very light hearted and informative. Three hours can be a long time, especially on your feet, but with Rahul it almost seemed over a little too quick. We’d definitely recommend him.

We saw a good deal with our guide and the skip the line option was definitely worth it. He allowed us to sit for a spell, too, which was nice given how much we've been walking in Rome. That said, we wish we'd spent more time looking at art and artifacts and less time talking about what we were going to see and looking at pictures on the iPad (especially since we were actually in person)!

Rahul was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and made the history come alive in story form. The Vatican can be overwhelming but he did a great job breaking it down and hitting the highlights. The Vatican is busy and crowded no matter what you do so doing it in a small group was definitely the way to go!

If you want to spend two and a half hours looking at the Vatican Museum sculptures the tour may have been worth the cost, if you want to spend more than ten minutes in the Sistine Chapel and be on your own to see St. Peter’s Cathedral then you can go elsewhere than take this tour. For us it was a waste of time and money.

This tour was incredible. Our tour guide Elena Palma was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she was able explain everything to us. We were able to go into the museums, the Sistine Chapel, and in St. Peter’s Basilica. We enjoyed every minute of this tour and will be treasuring the memories we made on the tour.

What an amazing tour! Rahul did an AMAZING job guiding us through the museum - he knew all the ins and outs! The tour went through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica just as described. Rahul really made everything come alive for us with his incredible knowledge and engaging manner. He even went out of his way to show me the gift shop at the end, which was quite appreciated! The beginning of the tour was easy to find, and I really appreciated the quick communication by the office staff. We also met Elena as we waited for our tour, and she was just as kind and engaging. Highly recommend! I plan to come back with my husband and will use this group again.

Oreste was our guide. He was brilliant and entertaining. His IQ is off the charts but kept us in the game. I’ve been to the Vatican 3 times without a guide and thought I knew the place well. You need to go earlier than told-the location to connect with the guide is not easy to find. I followed the link and was not in the correct location. Apparently a precise meet point is sent later. and it is a bus stop that is a bit away from the back entrance. Make sure you have information to message them-you will need it. The vatican was crazy busy and I don't fault the guide for that, but it did make it difficult to hear him, the headsets did not work well unless you were very close. The guide was fair-not the best I ever had-not the worse. He just made alot of comments unrelated to our tour. Touring the Vatican isn't cheap so I expected a better experience.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a very good speaker. The tour, however, did not hit the content that we were hoping to have explained. The explanation of the Sistine chapel was excellent, but we would’ve liked more explanations in Saint Peter‘s Basilica. We also would’ve liked to stop at the gift shop, which is in the beginning of the tour and there is no other gift shop. It was also extremely busy that day and the tour guide did not have a flag, which at times made it difficult to find the group.

Communication and clear instructions on where to meet and time made the pre tour logistics stress free. Communication from the tour operator was very quick.
