Amazing Experience

We had a wonderful experience at the Papal general audience using this tour with our guide, Alishba. She was such a lovely person and cared so much about making sure the group had the best experience. Leave yourself ample time to arrive at the meeting spot. There is a small store selling religious items for purchase—a large variety to choose from. A small coffee shop opened right across the street for early morning coffee and pastries too. Once everyone was checked in, our guide quickly walked us to St. Peter's Square to line up for entrance. Here you will wait until it is time to go through security. Bring snacks, water, and sunscreen. You will be guided through security and to great front-row seats, but you're moving quickly as others are trying to swiftly move to get prime seats as well. Our tour guide was excellent at keeping us informed on the next steps, and we ultimately ended up in the front row. As we waited for the address by Pope Leo XIV, our guide was very informative, and the waiting time seemed tolerable because you are receiving so much knowledge. We are so happy with this experience. We were able to see and experience the beauty of St. Peter's Square and be so close to Pope Leo XIV. I will highly recommend this tour to family and friends.

Got us second row! A must do experience to get one of the best seats in the house. Since it was moved inside due to the heat, the “tour” part was cut short as they do not allow headsets inside… so in hot months know that is a possibility. Also I would not book a second tour before 1:00pm.

Waste of money

We could not find our meeting point. And so I wasted $200, we asked for help from English speaking Italians and they said we were where we needed to be.

Misleading

This tour description of its duration was misleading and caused my family group to miss another scheduled tour. The description states the tour is 1-2 hours. You are asked to meet at 6:30 am to obtain your free pass, radios, and purchase souvenirs. The tour guide moves fast and does not take in to consideration older group members. The guide was also hard to understand had a hard time keeping everyone together. Plan accordingly because you will be there until about 11:30. Pack snacks. This review is getting two stars because of the up front seating.

This “tour” is misrepresented. We booked a 2nd tour following the listing info that this was 1-2 hrs. But this is very wrong. It was closer to a 4-5 hr event that prohibited us from taking our 2nd tour. We’ve now lost money on the 2nd tour without any response. While the prime viewing spot was great, not happy about losing money on 4 tickets for a separate tour.

Met at the assigned time to meet our guide, receive headset, and purchase religious items from the store. Our guide, Alishba walked us to the Vatican to line up for admittance and gave instructions on what we were to do once we got inside. We were the first group lined up and she helped us get amazing seats inside (second row). Once seated, she provided great insights and facts about the Vatican, entertaining us with her wit until it was time to begin the ceremony. She made it a seamless, great experience for all! Would absolutely recommend.

Be on time the tour guide wants to make sure you get the best veiw but timing is important. Take snack and water you will be sat for a couple of hours before the mass. Also don't rush out there are thousands of people all trying to leave sit wait and stroll out after the rush The Pope drives around in his vehicle so try to get a seat near a rail the tour guide got us fantastic seats right by the rail and the Pope drove right past
