This group cancelled on me because of the little amount of rain that was predicted. They accepted the money so now I have to wait on a refund!

Good morning, the light rain wasn't a problem for us at all! Unfortunately, your reservation arrived just a few hours before the start of the trip, and it was difficult to reorganize at the last minute. We tried to contact you by phone, but we couldn't get through to you.

Much more than an excellent experience

If there was a 6 stars rating, our guide Alex would get it. He knew Rome like the back of his palm, and drove us almost entirely through narrow alleys where we could see more the real life of Romans, rather than us caught in the heavier traffic in bigger thoroughfares. He told us such interesting historic things about all the scenes that previous trips in the area had missed entirely. He was prompt at time picking us, courteous, professional with excellent driving. He was flexible and discussed with us about details of trips, making adjustments to cater for our needs all the time. Last but not least, the vehicle (Mercedes) that he was driving along was so comfortable, luxurious, roomy. Thanks for the service provider, Viator, ans especially Alex our guide and driver to give us such an amazing experience. SIX Stars services!
