Get over the sticker shock and book this tour. Worth every penny.

This was an amazing excursion with Andrea. He was professional, on time, and communicated before our meeting time. This tour was taken with myself, my wife, and my two children (4 and 6). Having a small Mercedes Benz van for our family of four was perfect to get to everything we wanted. He changed the itinerary to suit our wants, and was amazing at getting us just steps away from every place we wanted to visit. If he couldn’t park directly next to something, he would drop us off and then go park elsewhere while we looked at the sights. People with limited mobility will especially appreciate how close Andrea gets you to every sight. We opted for the half day tour with a ride to and from Civitavecchia. This was the most expensive excursion we paid for on our trip, but it was worth every penny. We got to see more in a half day in Rome than most get to see on a bus full of people in an entire day, and closer. If you’re deliberating on whether it’s worth it or not, take it from me and just do it. You won’t regret seeing Rome like this.

The Perfect Day

There is so much to see, and so little time. Our driver, Manuel, was fantastic. He knew how to maneuver the back roads of Roma and we were able to fit in a lot more than we thought we could given our tight timelines. When you’re in a city that has so much to offer, it pays to have someone who knows the city. In addition, he was gracious enough to help us get into St Peter’s church, and made a suggestion for a fantastic restaurant for to grab a quick bite and some great wine. He also made some recommendations for our next visit to Italy, and we’ll make sure to look him up when we’re back in town!

We took the tour directly from the airport, and it was fantastic! Claudio was an outstanding guide. We stopped at some of the tourist hotspots, but we made several stops to see things that we would have missed if we were on our own. Claudio was knowledgeable and we appreciated hearing about the historical significance of some of the sites. Well worth the money to get a guided (and air conditioned!) tour of Rome! Communication from the tour operator before and during the tour was excellent!

Great Last Day in Rome

This tour was a little pricey, but it was definitely worth it. It was our last day in Rome. We had already taken 2 tours during our stay, and our guide on this tour was so flexible, and asked us what we wanted to see, and he took us to places we had not seen. We had plenty of time on the stops to walk around and take pictures. It was not rushed at all. He even offered us a lunch stop if we wanted it. We had checked out of our hotel in Rome and were staying our last night at the airport Hilton. It was an additional fee for him to drop us off at the airport after the tour (he did give us the option of dropping us off at a taxi station). We elected to pay him the additional fee as it made it so much more convenient for us. A great way to spend our last day in Rome. I would highly recommend this tour.

This is simply the best and outstanding tour out there if you want to see all the key Roman landmarks in one day! Andreas our tour guide was knowledgeable about the city and provided top notch VIP service for me and my wife during our anniversary get away. He gave us ample times to take pictures and also even went above and beyond to take some of the pictures for us!! I will do this tour again and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see Rome in comfort and style.

The Way to See Rome

Overall, this tour was amazing, we got to see all of old Rome landmarks in comfort. Our driver Daniele was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The ride around Rome was very relaxing and Daniele was able to drop us off very close to each attraction. He showed us more than what we signed up for and we never felt rushed. This tour cost a little more than lots of other tours we have taken, but as far as we are concerned it was worth every euro.
