Easy to use skip the line

Great communication before, easy to meet for pickup, and super easy to find and get through skip the line. Sooo much better than the longer queue to buy tickets. Highly recommend!

It was it bad experience. The tour person arrive 10 minutes latter, passing the entry time to The Parthenon. I will no recommend this tour company. Viator should be carefully promoting this company.

Purchase ahead - the way to go!

Glad we booked our voucher ahead of time. We were able to walk right in once we exchanged the voucher for our tickets. The only issue was finding the person to exchange the voucher. They need a bigger, more noticeable flag to stand out in the crowd. I only noticed her because I saw other people crowded around her.

So I messed up and didn’t download the app for the audio portion I thought we would get earphones and transmitter, so we could only go inside and look around and take pictures. Don’t make that mistake. Also the person you check in with with get a QR code was sitting down in front of a store and hard to find.

The fast track was the way to go, however, the audio portion did not download correctly. We ended up renting ones inside but part of it was my fault. I would just make sure you are prepared with the download. Overall great experience.

Our amazing tour guide Rossi (I’m sorry, I didn’t see the spelling of her name) gave us an incredible tour. She knows her history & how to share it in an interesting way with a sense of humor. She was kind & patient & eager to make sure we were all comfortable. There were only 11 people total on the tour. We walked part of the Roman Forum & the Coliseum. The city is not allowing the underground part of the tour right now which was disappointing, but not the tour company’s fault.

Audioguide could give more information.

I bought this tour mainly for the audioguide. But the audioguide wasn't worth it. I should have purchased the audioguide through the pantheon. BUt the fast track portion was well worth it. I literally just walked right in, no waiting.

The pantheon itself is wonderful. The staff that was present to give me the ticket in exchange for my voucher was very helpful. And of course, it was good to be able to get my tickets so easily, as getting it from the place itself, you have to go to another location first. And I could not get the Internet to work to allow me to do that from the United States. However, the self guided audio tour is pretty much worthless. It only lasts two or three minutes and provide almost no information. As opposed to the free one on Rick Steves free app, which lasts almost half an hour and has great information. So there was good and not so good.
