purchasing the ticket in advance was helpful for getting in quickly, but I probably could have done that directly on the venue's website. I paid for an audio tour, which turned out to be a recording of a Rick Steves youtube presentation that I had heard previously

Visiting the Pantheon in Rome was truly an amazing experience. It is a unique blend of history, architecture, and culture. Seeing the massive dome and the ancient Roman design up close is something that is hard to describe in words.
Getting a fast-track ticket was definitely a smart decision because the regular ticket line was very long. We were able to enter quickly and saved a lot of time. It is especially convenient for families or those traveling with small children.
The audio guide on our phones made the experience even better by providing detailed historical background and important information throughout the visit. The organizers were also very friendly and helpful.
If you visit Rome, the Pantheon is definitely a must-see attraction — whether you are a history lover or just a traveler exploring the city, you will truly enjoy it!

Don’t bother. Buy a digital ticket online and go to the middle line. Paid extra so I wouldn’t have to worry about figuring out where to go, thought the Audio guide would be a nice touch… the guide to walk you to the front of the line/tell you where to go run off without a flag and lost us. When I called to ask for the team to send him to the middle to find us nd help us the guy who answered was rude and told me to just go to the middle line.
Viator should seriously remove these guys. What a scam

We had a voucher for the pantheon audio tour. We were supposed to meet someone in the piazza and they never showed up. Very disappointing.

It was great so glad we booked our tickets aheadd of time and in the morning! When we walked by around 1pm the lines were easily 1 to 1.5 hours . Only thing I wish I brought were ear buds because we have an audio guided tour.

Audio was cumbersome to work with as a result it was not used. When we saw and approached your rep 30 minutes early simply to confirm he was your rep, he rudely told us to come back at the designed time to recieve tickets. We were fine with that, but did appreciate his rude attitude.

Terrible experience. No WiFi in the Pantheon so we didn’t get to hear one second of the guide. The gentleman that were the contact point were most unhelpful

We loved this. The guides we were to meet up with were excellent as well. Assisted us with the download for our tour and it worked perfect. It’s just amazing learning about. Very highly recommend. And the quick pass was perfect.

It was a bit disorganized. We had 6:15 tickets, but didn't leave the rendezvous point until almost 6:25. The guide led us with a white flag, but we were toward the back of the group, and the guide moved so quickly that we lost sight of the flag almost immediately. We texted both contact numbers to let them know we lost contact but received no reply. We then circled all the way around the building looking for him, and finally recognized him toward the left side of the front. He was able to get us in quickly at that point, but it left us little actual time inside before closing. The audio guide also shut off after about 11 minutes- half way through. It was disappointing to say the least.

We got to the meet point, where a “guide” took us to the pantheon and skipped the massive line where a guide started yelling at us because we had to go to the back of the line. Very embarrassing. Also he tried to skip the line again, so we just went to the back of the line and waited another 20 minutes. Disappointed with the whole experience. But loved the pantheon itself.

Friendly people. You have to change your voucher into tickets nearby pantheon.
Buy your tickets cheaper elsewhere, and look for the line for online tickets. Then you also can skip the line.
This man just walks to the online tickets line and leaves you there.
If you want the audio tour, bring your own headset.

The Pantheon always has such s long line. It was great to avoid the line. The audio tour was terrific and quick (about 30 minutes). This is a construction marvel!

Not sure why in the 21st century, our ability to actually get the tickets we paid for depends on us finding some guy on a vespa in a square near the attraction, but here we are. The representatives were very nice and very helpful, but the whole process just seemed a bit archaic. We were able to enter quickly, though I still have doubts about whether the price we paid was really worth it compared to the 6 euro basic entry fee. Note also that the "Experience with Audio" isn't a device and it isn't location-sensitive -- it's just a generic Rick Steves recording about the Pantheon. My overall take is that you can find cheaper skip the line tix elsewhere and with directly downloadable tickets, and find your own "audio" history. I've really liked Viator in the past, but this process was expensive and cumbersome.

The Pantheon is a must see if you are in Rome.
The engineering involved to create such a marvel is beyond belief.
The construction, the artwork, the monuments and history behind this place is just amazing.
Love the fact that once inside, you can explore at your own pace.
However, the fact that you are sent a link for audio which is a direct rip from Rick Steves audio Europe app is a bit of a con.
Overall, worth the visit to this wonderful piece of history.

Was originally told to get in the que line but then I messaged that I did not consider this as advertised. A few moments later we were ushered into the Pantheon. Audio was ok…it seemed to jump around versus following each area step by step. Good content though.
