Easy Pickup: Meeting up with the tour contact to pick up the tickets was hassle-free and super easy to find.
Self-Paced: Bypassing the long general queue made a huge difference and gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace inside. The Pantheon itself is absolutely incredible to see up close. It was definitely worth the money for the time saved and the flexibility to look around as we pleased. Highly recommend!

Viator’s ticket pick up needs more professionalism
The guide escorted us to the entrance and shows us how to get the audio guide. We would not have been able to enter without him, so that was perfect.
It’s hard to find where to get the ticket . One assumes it would be a building but it is not. It’s just a person with a flag in a piazza, not very noticeable, and not the piazza in front of the Pantheon. But once we found the guy, all went well. We got into the Pantheon quickly, which was our main goal. The app for the fair inside was very good! But you need to use your own headphones.
Just know that you get a voucher that has to be turned into a ticket. Because that was the one thing that was quite confusing for us. But once we figured out where to turn the voucher into a ticket? Everything was easy.
It was very smooth and the host Pradeep was very helpful. I would recommend the tour to anyone interested in learning about the pantheon easily.

It was an amazing experience to be able to go inside the Pantheon. Incredible architecture, art and history.
The agent was very helpful. He showed us the site for the tour audio and guided us to the entrance. The inside of the Pantheon is very impressive and worth seeing. The audio guide did not work well, however. It was difficult to switch between tracks and quit working entirely after a while.
The audio guide was good and helpful. It allowed you to experience the Pantheon in more detail than just reading the signs.
We got to see things that the regular admissions did not have the opportunity to see. The guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
Made going to the Pantheon an easy experience. Met our guide in a nearby square. He helped us download the tickets and audio guide, and then walked us to the Pantheon to show us which line to stand in - the short one. He was very kind and helpful. We had tried to book through the website but had some trouble, so are glad to have gone this route instead. Were able to get tickets the day of.
Super easy to find the vendor location. Good communication with vendor. Super helpful with navigation to get tickets and to the Pantheon. The vendors were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful people. I recommend highly. The digital audio version on ticket was great. We listened without headsets or ear buds. Well done.

Extremely easy entry and worth using this option to walk straight in. It was a quick visit and the audio app was a great summary.
The instructions preparing us for the experience were inadequate. We were only told we needed our own ear pieces, but not that we would also be using our phones to listen to the audio. We could have just downloaded Rick Steves’ audio.
I did not use this ticket because I got to the Pantheon super early and did not want to wait until my designated time for the ticket I purchased. I made the line, and paid for another (cheaper) ticket right from the Pantheon ticket office. This company, however, did keep in constant contact with me on how to get my tickets. I wish I would have had the option to get my tickets early and not lost my money. The company should have a rep there and if you get there early, they should give you the ticket. I guess they can only sell so many for that time slot, so it was poor planning on my end.
So, my recommendation, PLAN AND PURCHASE EARLY. Every site is cheaper via their own website. You can go into the Pantheon website and try to buy the tickets before you get to Rome. I did not plan out Rome with enough time and had to purchase many tickets through third party vendors in Viator. They provide great service, but sometimes you are paying double or triple the cost. If you want a tour guide, then use Viator tickets. If you want to do things on your own and not have to wait in long lines, PLAN AND PURCHASE EARLY from venue website.

So far so good, Mihad The Pantheon: The interior forms a perfect sphere; height and diameter are exactly equal.
