This was perfect for what we wanted. We were doing a lot of guided tours and wanted something with less than a time comittment and that we could do on our own. Meeting spot was easy to find, we received a link and went on our wya.

Paid for the tickets. My wife wiated in line for 30 minutes while i went te redeem the tickets. I was told ticjets are sold out we can refund or get you tickets for tomorrow but i had no other days so i had to request a refund. And i missed out because of this.

Couldn’t find the person with the white flag, turns out he had lost his bag so didn’t have it with him. We tried calling the number on the ticket but it said the number didn’t exist. Claimed to have called us yet I had no missed calls. I dropped a message to explain and they said they would be happy to transfer my ticket to the Sunday as I requested, I sent them a time I would like and then they told me it would now have to be that same day as they don’t do Sundays (even though they had agreed to it!). I asked for a refund which they said they couldn’t do and then they chose to ignore all my messages. Don’t book with them, you’ll end up wasting your time and money.

Maybe we were spoiled with our other locations and I know this was a lot cheaper but being met by someone then getting a link to listen to an audio without any earphones and left to our own devices didn't feel worth it

Our guide, Robin, was very helpful to make sure we were able to get in and have a wonderful experience! Today was very busy at the Pantheon, and he was exceptionally patient and kind. We are so glad we went this route.

Tour guide was unfriendly. Didn't bother to greet me when I arrived and was just as cold to another woman that arrived alone. Very busy on his cellphone, not engaged with your guests at all He was friendly with a fellow that looked Indian- smiled and acknowledged the gentleman. The ticket that I was sent via email wasn't an "official ticket" so the tour guide had me take a picture of a QR code that I used to get in. My initial booking was for Sunday AM- turns out there is church every Sunday. Why leave bookings open for Sunday if that time is consistently unavailable at the pantheon? Audio guide was totally inaccessible. I had to watch a YouTube video instead.

The meeting point is less than a 5 minute walk to meet the guide. He was easily identifiable and actually approached us. I guess we looked like tourists. He was so friendly and charming. Quickly explained the process and how to use the guide. It’s a simple download on your phone (Rick Steve’s Parthenon audio). He walked us to the entrance and made sure we got in with no issues. Highly recommend!

The Audio tour was bland and we turned it off within a few minutes. Not worth the money for the tour at all.

Thank you so much for your opinion. As per your review I feel very sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced during the tour. However we have been using this audio with several clients and as per our experience, sometimes our clients faces this problem due to weak internet connection or using old versions of the browser. We will take proper initiative from our side to ensure better experience.

Our guide was an incredibly gifted speaker, vast knowledge of the forum and colloseo, my only disappointment was that the tour said colloseum with arena floor, and we were only admitted to the arena floor and then dismissed.. I would have liked to continue through solo when the guide finished.

Beautiful place. Was rather discouraged that there was no notice to bring headphones of any type. With all the information that is given beforehand, such a small addition of “bring headphones, the audio tour is via app on your phone” would be helpful.

Downloading the audio tour can take a while but it is definitely worth it. The Pantheon was a quick stop but shouldn’t be missed on a trip to Rome.

Our guide was punctual and clear with the procedure for our tour. He walked us through the line to ensure quick access then helped us set up our audio recorders. As we walked through the line together, he gave us recommendations on nearby sites to check out before departing Rome. One recommendation included a nearby church which had a ceiling painted by Michelangelo!
We were so grateful to book this last-minute tour after our semi-private guided tour was canceled with little notice for our last day in Rome. This tour was excellent, and we were so happy that we were able to still see the Pantheon, because the first tour company that canceled gave no help with solutions. We would not have seen it if it had not been for the self-guided audio tour. We would highly recommend this self-guided audio tour!

Felt like a scam! We met the guide and he kindly escorted us to the speedier line . That was pretty much all the guide did. We scanned a QR code to get a 30minute tour narrated by Rick Steves ! The recording stopped after the first 15 minutes. Super frustrating and not worth the money we paid.

Exactly what they said, give you a ticket and audio guide. Audio guide is available on your phone after you scan a QR code. Rep walks you over to the Pantheon from the meeting point. I originally bought this because I could not get a reservation for the time I wanted but you can buy a ticket onsite for just 5 euros if you are willing to wait in line.

U dont need this tour. There js nothing they just come and hand u tickets and u are own ur own. And they charged 4 times than actual price. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY.

The “tour guide brought us to the entrance. That was it. I asked if he’s giving us the audio and he said yes, when we get to the entrance. He never did. He got us in thru the skip the line. We could’ve done that ourselves

You maybe experience our tour in sunday, in Sunday the pantheon is open 1 hour late so our 4 slot customers they enter together that is the reason I guess our staff will forget about it if you want partial refund you can claim we will provide you.
