Wonderful experience from start to finish. Christina was very welcoming. Giovanni had a wealth of knowledge and pointed out lesser known places of great significance and interest. Very efficient tour and value for money. Would recommend to all.

Experiencing the Apian way and catacombs - in a golf cart!

For our final day in Rome, we did this golf cart tour along the ancient Appian way passing by the Baths of Caracalla, part of the aqueducts, Church of Domine Quo Vadis, and the Catacombs of St. Callixtus. Our guide, Cristina, was fantastic! Riding in the golf cart was a great way to experience the Appian Way, and we could smell the oleander trees that lined the road to the catacombs. After the tour, Cristina dropped us off back to our hotel for not extra charge.

We did a golf cart tour on our last day in Rome and it was the best decision we could have made. We did a lot of walking this week and were getting tired, this was such a nice way to finish the week. Our tour guide Cristena was excellent, her English was great, she had a smile on her face for the entire tour, was filled with information and at the end, recommended a great restaurant to us.

We enjoyed the whole activity! An panoramic golf cart in perfect sunny weather, out into the peaceful and green parklands out the city walls, was just a perfect way to escape from the city noise for a while. Cristina was so passionate just to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The Catacombs tour was excellent as well. We learned a lot about Roman history. We would highly recommend!

Cristina who drove the golf buggy to the catacombs was a lovely lady, extremely knowledgeable and so bright and bubbly. We were lucky enough to be the only people on the tour and were provided with so much information on the way to the catacombs. The catacombs themselves were very interesting.
