It wasn’t horrible but the stops were hard to find and quite the distance from the actual sites. Maybe I was cranky because it was so hot!

Buses are always full and it’s cheaper and more convenient to take the public bus. The bus stops aren’t that convenient you still have to walk a lot. I didn’t think it was worth it!

Was on Viator app trying to book the hop on hop off bus with 2 routes red and purple and a stop near my hotel. Instead you booked me the IOBUs tour with only 1 route 8 stops and far from my hotel. Ww used the apps starring point on map and there was not stop there at alll right in the middle if Vatican City. I paid for a 3 day pass and its useless.

Viator gave an incorrect address for this venue that had been closed in 2014. After spending too much time trying to find this bus tour, I almost lost out. Not worth it travellers - I wanted a refund.

We used the HOHO for 3 days, using the bus to get around and to explore the city. Buses were clean, information was great and they were a good experience.

Very boring. You just go down the river and U/turn. All that you will see is just trash everywhere. I highly do not recommend it. I had to run away to not waste my time further more.

Reel poor communication from IOBUS. They set the start point at il concielazione 0900 and show IOBUS. It turned out to be an all day ticket with start from Termini. The trip is self AWFUL dont do it. Sound terrible noice in the earplugs an 15 munutes stops to Pick up People’s meanwhile getting burned in the Sun.

The bus ride- getting on and off was great. My only complaint is they need to work on their website and
Allow customers to download a digital ticket that you could put on your phone.
It was a hassle trying to get to one of the two locations to redeem the tickets.

Although the info said it started at 9am I thought we could get on the bus at any of the stops. We arrived at 10 am and I sent texts to the operator but there was no response…please do not waste your money

I do not recommend buying this bus ticket in Rome! I bought a 72 hour pass for 5 of us and we never saw the bus one time! Disappointed big time, called Viator on day 2 and told them we were not seeing the bus running and they wouldn’t refund money.

The ride was beautiful. It could have been much,much better. We listened more to music with our headphones than the narrator sharing the history of what we were passing. Sometimes we had already driven past what was being described

We had to wait well over an hour for the bus. There was no organized line for people to wait and everyone rushed onto the bus at once. We were promised wifi, but no one knew the password. I was terribly disappointed and would not recommend IBOBUS to anyone

Pour échanger les voucher, il faut se rendre directement dans le car iobus se trouvant à la sortie et derriere la gare Roma termini via marsala au 7 , ailleurs inutile. Traverser galerie marchande gare et tournez à gauche. On a touné des heures...
