- The concert option includes the following details: * The experience begins at 4:00 PM with a self-guided visit to the Doria Pamphilj Gallery. * This is followed by a guided tour of the Secret Apartments at 6:00 PM (approx. 30 minutes). * A welcome drink is included before the concert * The live concert takes place from approximately 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM * The concert is performed by soloists from the Romaeterna Cantores Female Ensemble, conducted by Maestro Aurelio Porfiri

Excellent and worthwhile visit to one of the great palaces of Rome. A good change from looking at museums and churches, yet full of opulence and beauty.
It was unclear at the entrance whether we had to show our voucher at the initial checkpoint or all the way up the stairs. Following the signs we proceeded all the way up, only to be told that we needed to exchange voucher for ticket at the bottom of the stairway, and then go up again, ticket in hand to pass the second checkpoint.
There could have been more clarity!
Otherwise, the visit is one of the great memories of our tour of Rome.
…. And also a big lesson: When in doubt, don’t be afraid to paralyze the line and appear obnoxious, if you must !

Expect to be overwhelmed with the paintings the royal family commissioned over the centuries. I was astonished at the variety, known and unknown (at least to me) of the painters in this museum, which still houses the family descendents on an upper floor.
I appreciate their willingness to share their collection with the visitors.
There are chairs to sit in if you need to take a break. The prinsmce auditory guide is amazing as he explains each room.
The crowd became bigger after we arrived, so if you want less congestion, go early in the morning.
I am glad I chose to go, this collection is a must see in person.

Small audio guide provided by gallery. Easy to use and can use own headphone with jack or pin like attachment not Bluetooth or usb/c. Otherwise just can be held like a phone to the ear. Very thorough and nice selection of art discussed as well as family history.

This gallery was gorgeous! Very intricate detail and amazing art. I love how you were able to go at your own pace and listen to the description of each piece of art. I like doing the self guided tour so you can spend as much time as you’d like at each exhibit. Would definitely recommend!

Completely self guided. The audio was informative, and you can stop and start each item as you like. Very nice to hear about the relationship of items to the house and family. Massive collection, and a unique peek into a private home and collection, although still a museum. And there were lots of plastic chairs to sit and rest and listen! Museum seating is rare in Rome!

The Doria Pamphilj Gallery is an absolutely stunning display of fine art, sculpture, architecture, and historical items. It is over-looked but compares favorably to the more well-known Borghese Gallery. We arranged skip-the-line tickets thru Viator and were very happy with the results - no waiting, audio guides (in English) and as much time to gaze at the displayed beauty throughout. This was the biggest surprise of our recent Rome trip and made it a 'must see'! Thanks to Viator, we had an easy, hassle-free experience.

The gallery was very pretty and took about an hour or so to walk through. The paintings and sculptures were magnificent however, upon reaching the ticket desk, the sign said each ticket was only €16 yet viator charged $32 per person. I’d recommend just booking tickets directly with the museum instead of viator.

We really enjoyed the Palace but realized we could have booked tickets for half the price directly thought Palace website. It was not necessary to pay extra money to Viator

Voucher reflected the wrong time. I booked for 6 pm but voucher indicated 10 am when I opened. Very unfortunate because we landed only the morning of that day.

The majesty of the rooms, paintings and sculptures, are breathtaking. Very peaceful inside, away from the crowds. Only an audio tour is available. Otherwise, you'll meander aimlessly through the Gallery - an approach that worked for my husband.

Not happy atall I booked through viator for tickets for 1 adul and 1 child cost me £50 and we could t get in I showed them. The number the bar code but no because our names were not on there so we e ended up having to pay an extra £36 so pay when you get there not before

Self guided tour with a radio mostly easy to navigate, I accidentally switched channels to a different language at one point but very easily figured out how to switch back to English. They did not provide headphones but thankfully I had my own pair. Overall a wonderful experience of a beautiful museum.
