The ticket was for admission only with no guided tour so my review is only about the meeting up. Just note that it’s an obscure phone booth that is nondescript and a young man met us there with our vouchers / ticket but he had no name tag or anything to suggest he was the point guy. It all worked out but felt awkward as you hear so much about scams and the process just felt a bit sketch

The tour itself was great! However the meeting spot to submit our voucher for our ticket access was confusing and our host did not have a visible sign or name to indicate he was the one we were to meet.
