Don’t use this company. The only reason I bought a ticket through them was because I couldn’t get the payment on the official site to work, big mistake. The informed me a few days before my visit that despite me purchasing a ticket for 5pm, they didn’t have any at that time - how is that possible? At this point it was too late to get any other tickets as they were all sold Out. Then they said they’d refund me - they didn’t. When I checked my account day of when I was supposed to have the ticket, the reservation was still showing. Because I really wanted to go to the Pantheon I was hoping that I did indeed have a ticket so called Viator who then called this tour operator. The operator told Viator I had called them to cancel my ticket, which of course was a complete lie. I talked to a rep at the company again where he just continued to twist facts and kept talking over me. He never took responsibility for the error on their part nor offered me any solutions.

The Pantheon was great, the tour company however, I would not recommend. After buying the tickets, you get a "reservation voucher" and you SHOULD be sent the real tickets via email and WhatsApp the day before your visit. Our booking was for 9am, at around 11am the day before, I reached out to the tour company with the chat box, no response, I reached out again at 2pm, no response again. After this 2nd no response, I called the tour operators number as listed, it connected me to Viator support who then called the tour operator while I was on hold and confirmed that I should see the tickets in "the next few hours". At 6pm I reached out as I still hadn't got the tickets, again, the number listed as the tour operator redirected to Viator support who put me on hold while they got in contact with the tour operator and told me I "should definitely see the tickets before the end of the day". At 10pm I reached out again, this time the number connected to the tour operator, but after being transferred/call forwarded multiple times, I only reached a message bank. Again I reached out to Viator, they called the tour operator and confirmed I would see the tickets "in the next 30min". Finally, at 11:40pm (so over 1.5hrs later) I finally got an email with the tickets while I was sleeping. However, the email stated that our timeslot had been moved from 9am to 10am. We booked these tickets specifically at opening to experience the pantheon without crowds and skip the crowd and had planned our day around it. Although the email gave a generic excuse, no official opening times for the Pantheon were changed and I was still there early enough to see people going in with 9am tickets, so clearly the tour operator oversold tickets they didn't have. Giving someone 9hours of notice (7 of which any reasonable person would be sleeping) for a time change for a ticket booked months in advanced is simply terrible customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone, the operator is very unresponsive, Viator doesn't seem to have any ability to urge the operator to keep to their word and all this stress just to not actually get what we paid for.

Worth the wait, but confusing

Finding the meeting point is very confusing. Our entry time was bumped to a later time, which was fine but…. I was given two different locations. I actually needed to speak to a guard and then a guide from a different company to figure out exactly where to go to get our tickets. The pantheon itself was amazing.

Excellent experience. The entry was fast and is located in the middle line of the three lines. We are glad we booked and had the tickets in hand for quick entry.

Cancelled last minute with no notice

Yet another tour in Italy that was cancelled at the last minute. This one told me it was a booking error but they all seem to have different reasons and the tours get cancelled at the last minute when you have no other options.

There was a train strike...

There was a train strike so we had to reroute to the bus and the traffic took an hour and we were delayed and the company didn’t offer our money back or anything., I called and spoke with them throughout asking for another time even.

No such thing as “fast track”

This was the only website where we could get tickets for the phanteon fast track so we paid 13 euros for each of us (2 adults), for a ticket that cost 5. Unfortunately when we showed them at the entrance, our tickets (the ones provided by the agency at the meeting point) were rejected since they were issued for children. The people helping at the meeting point changed them for the right ones but when we tried again at the line we were told that there’s no such a thing as a fast line and asked us to use the regular line. The contact guys were really kind and tried to solve the problems we faced but couldn’t do much so we had to wait
