Please provide the full names of all travellers (including children) during booking. Failure to show full name matching with ID, entry may be denied to the Colosseum and Roman Forum & Palatine Hill.
All visitors need to carry a valid photo ID/Document (copy or photo in phone is accepted), at the entrance it will be checked with tickets.
This is not a guided tour, visit with a pre-purchased ticket where the client will go directly to the entrance, avoiding the ticket office to buy the ticket..

Children(under 18) tickets are free and we will provide you free tickets. Note: Children names also need to be provided with booking.
All visitors have to follow the security/ticket checking queue. There is some waiting expected on busy days for security/ticket checking.
Clients need to go directly to the entrance. We will send you an official entry ticket to your email and WhatsApp (if available) before the day of activity with details.
Please note: Colosseum regular admission cost is 18.00 Euro and with Arena is 24.00 Euro, The remaining cost of the experience covers other services.
You have only one entry to the Colosseum and only one entry to the (Roman Forum & Palatine Hill)
The digital audioguide (general audio guide or info to download, not gps enabled (mp3/app/online) will be delivered by Email or WhatsApp and you have to listen by your own phone and headset.
Be aware that booking may cancel for unforeseen reasons, in this case full refund will be provided.
Please note, anything not included in the description is not included in the visit.

The audio was good. The description of everything relating to the Colosseum was good. It would have been helpful to have somebody direct you around physically. Still it was a great experience.

This turned out to be a self-guided tour, which was extremely disappointing. We arrived 30 minutes early, expecting to meet an actual guide. We walked around the Colosseum showing the tour name to different employees, but they kept directing us to different locations. We spent about 30 minutes walking back and forth for no reason. When I finally contacted the activity provider, I was told that it was a self-guided audio tour. I paid €92 believing that a guide would accompany us. The entrance tickets cost only €18 per person, meaning I paid an additional €56 simply to download an audio guide—which I did not even open. I was very upset and disappointed. Please read the description extremely carefully before booking so that you are not misled or disappointed as I was.

Dear clear, perhaps you did not noticed early that audio need to be listen by your own phone headset. The Colosseum sometimes very busy and crowded and in this time using phone speaker without headset could be difficult to listen. Thank you

Colosseum was great, but the process of getting the tickets was a major hassle. I received the email with the vouchers ton redeem for the tickets, but the meeting point was showing as inside the Colosseum which you can't get to without actual tickets. Had to call to get help and while the agent was very nice, he ended up sending me the same info I already had. Finally he was able to send me the actual tickets to get in. If it weren't 95 degrees F with ridiculous humidity, I suppose I would have been less annoyed. No negativity toward Viator, but I think it would be easier to just get sent the tickets instead of redeemable vouchers.

Excellent access to one of the wonders of the world. Well worth the entry fee and worth doing, make sure you listen to the audio before entering as will help understand what you are looking at much more.

Easy visit with the advance ticket

Tour operator send the tickets and audio file to the email before the visit day. The e-ticket was easy to use and instruction was clear. Colosseum is beautiful and the area of forum and hill quite big. Bring water and umbrella in these hot days.

Overly expensive, no real audio guide, buy tickets directly

This was simply a tour company that charged us for tickets. They charged us for children that would’ve had entry for free.! They said it comes with an audio guide where the audio guide was an MP3 file sent over ‎WhatsApp that barely downloaded! There was barely information about the Roman forum. You’re better off buying directly from the Colosseum and saving time, money and frustration.

You requested an additional child ticket at the last minute. Unfortunately, due to strict last moment unavailability, we were unable to accommodate this additional request. All official rates and fees are explicitly detailed in the product description under the "What is included" section. Nothing was hide. Thank you
