Skip the line Castle...

Skip the line Castle tickets were amazing. We bypassed two long lines- one of those without tickets yet and another, a queue to buy tickets once the others made it through the intentionally delayed line to get to the ticket counter. Our entry was fast and smooth and within seconds of us showing up. Ticket granted entry any time during this day. The castle was awesome, so much to see and explore, great photo opportunities, phenomenal views.

A Rip-Off by Viator

Viator failed to give me the ticket and information I needed to join the tour. When I tried to contact the operator I was taken to a link that should have downloaded a ticket but didn’t. I got nothing but aggravation from Viator for the amount I paid them and want a refund.

The online tickets were delivered as mentioned on the voucher, please do not purchase online mobile tickets if you are not fully capable of using smartphones.

They changed our booking the night before.

Do NOT book through Reliant Tours. I booked a collesum tour for three of us, including our daughter. The package I specifically wanted and booked included the arena and underground. The online booking went fine and I received confirmation, however, at about 6pm the night before I received a message on WhatsApp stating there was no more availability for children on the arena. (??) I asked if I could then pay for an adult ticket and he said the arena was booked up. So, which is it? There’s no room for a child (which is odd) or it’s booked? And why did the website let me book it?? At this point I have no idea if we’re getting refunded the additional price or not. We learned this - go to the official Colesseum website and book there. It’s MUCH cheaper. Also, you have to go through the security line anyway so Viator/Reliant saves us no time. The “skip the line” mumble jumbo is simply the line to buy the tickets.

Thanks a lot for your comment. First of all you booked Rome Colosseum Arena, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill Tickets but you wrote about underground & Arena tour which is wrong information for our future visitors. You have booked on 14th March at 4:33 pm for 15th March morning which is very last moment for the Colosseum. To get desire tickets of Colosseum you have to book at least 30 days in advanced. We messaged you before issuing the tickets but you didn't repond right time and then agree with our decision. Even you didn't ask for any refund to us and we are always positive to refund our visitor if we unable to provide proper service. Your comment surpise us but hope you will take positive aspect of Colosseum visit.
