Wonderful Experience Except of a Major Hiccup

Our Tour Guide was amazing, very accommodating. Piero picked us up at our Hotel right on time and took us to the Colosseum which was booked by Viator. That went very well. Next stop was the Vatican, unfortunately, Viator ordered the Italian version of the Tour which did not work for us at all and the Museum would not assist us in any way. That ruined that part of the Tour. We informed Viator who did apologize but we were unable to take that part of the Tour. We are still waiting for compensation for that. Our next venture was off to the the Trevi Foutain, although amazing to see from the second level, there was lines waiting to visit it up close. That was disappointing. Our Driver took us many places and sites before he dropped us back off at the Hotel. all in all, it was wonderful expect for one of the most important, the Vatican.

Hello, the tour you booked included only the entrance tickets to the Vatican, without the upgrade for a guided tour. Since the standard tickets were sold out, we secured the only available option, which was the Italian-guided entry. This still allowed you to skip the line and access the Vatican without delay. We provided exactly the level of service you selected, so we kindly believe the poor review is not deserved.

It was a wonderful experience. We were lucky to have Stephane as our driver and guide. Stephane was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English, which is always a big help for non Italian speakers. The car was new and clean. Stephane gave us a comprehensive tour of the entire city of Rome in air-conditioned comfort. It can’t get any better than that!!! I would highly recommend asking specifically for Stephane, if he is available, as your guide and driver.

Best way to see the city! We caught so much in a short amount of time, our driver took so much stress off of us from having to drag our teenager around, and our guide gave us so much knowledge and answered any question we had. We got to see everything ln the itinerary and more! And no waiting in lines. Not a single time during the day. I'll never forget St. Peter's Basilica. The highlight for me. Truly amazing.

We had an amazing time on our sightseeing tour! Pietro was wonderful, he took us to all of the must-see places in Rome. He was kind & very informative- he recommended a place for lunch based on our desires, and worked it into the itinerary so the tour flowed seamlessly! At the end, he stopped for our family to get some delicious Gelatos! It was a great experience - and we highly recommend this tour!! GRAZIE PIETRO! You were amazing!!
