The worst experience

I booked this month and months prior to our vacation date that we needed this pick up, they received all information of where the pick up was supposed to be time date and payment… They canceled me at the last minute at the train station to be picked up at because I owed them $33 which I did not know was extra to get to the airport with that said I paid it immediately and they still refuse to pick me up. Do not use this company.
