- At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
- in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Flight arrived on time but there was a delay in exiting baggage hall. Car service decided this was a no show while never responding to messages and never called to advise they would not be there to pick up. Viator were unable to reach the car service and initiated a refund.

to be honest you have our messages, our emails, our phone calls that you decided no to answer but miracle as soon as you get in the arrivals (after 3 hours) you decided no to get in touch with us but with Viator directly.... after 3 hours how you can pretend that someone wait for you for 3 hours????

I booked this private transfer as we needed transportation from Rome FCO to Civitavecchia Port for our Disney Cruise. I reached out the day before to confirm the driver would wait longer than the stated 60 minutes after our flight landed as I had been reading that immigration was taking long, longer than an hour to get through. As I expected, we were in immigration for 1 hour and 40 minutes total. I reached out at the 55 minute mark to the company to share that the lines were long and that we wouldn't be through immigration in 60 minutes. The company stated they would wait only 20 more minutes. I responded that it would take longer than 20 minutes to get through. I was then told they would wait longer, but for 50 euro more than the $331 I had already paid. I stated I wouldn't be paying more. They then responded that we must have a problem with our passport or be traveling with children under 14! And canceled our transport with a full refund! If the company knew it was going to take longer traveling through immigration with children under 14, why wouldn't they have mentioned it? As stressful as it was worrying about how we would get to Civitavecchia Port to get on our Disney Cruise, we ended up saving almost $200 by using Uber once we got out of immigration. I would NOT recommend this company. They were rude and were trying to overcharge us. Use Uber instead!

You forgot to mention that we have refunded you despite having to driver waiting for you almost 2 hours . Uber is not cheaper because actually the prices are much higher than ours... So probably someone is not telling the truth

When I arrived, the limo driver was not there. I waited maybe 40 minutes then I had to call the number and spoke to someone. Finally. He came and was very nice. But I shouldn’t have had to wait and call. I wouldn’t us the same service again
