If you book through Viator make sure with them it’s right date.
Paid over $1000 for a tour that was confirmed incorrectly somehow on the wrong date. The tour company was not flexible nor offered any credit for the correct future date. I got the total run around. Viator wouldn’t help either.

We would like to clarify that we were not aware of any mistake made during the booking process.
We received a confirmed booking for the scheduled date and time and arranged the tour accordingly. Our driver was at the designated pick-up location at 10:00 AM and tried to contact you. Our office also called several times but was unable to reach you.
When guests inform us immediately about a booking mistake, we always do our best to assist and reschedule, subject to availability. In this case, we were not informed in advance, and the service had already been arranged.
For this reason, the booking falls under our no-show policy, which is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

It was perfect way to see Rome because traffic is crazy. We saw so many great things, the line at the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon were so, so long, so we could not see those attractions. Saw so many sites and since I tore my meniscus, the golf cart was an excellent choice. Very far from airport, approximately $100 USA, one way.

Excellent day with an amazing guide”Nic”. He took us to all the major sites and more that wasn’t on the itinerary, the tour was very flexible and allowed to stop and eat/drink if required with no pressure to rush around to fast.

We booked the tour to become more familiar with the Eternal City as this was our first time to visit Rome. We were blessed to have Francesco as our tour guide. Francesco is a great teacher, very polite, and an awesome tour guide. He also gave us other ideas for dinners and sites to visit. This was the best way to see Rome! We have more tours and tickets for the usual highlights but this really gave us a fabulous overall view of everything we wanted to see. Golf cart tour was such a fun and easy way to see the city! It’s super comfortable and way less tiring than walking everywhere, especially if you don’t have a lot of time or just want to avoid the long hikes between sites. The guides make everything so interesting with all the history and little stories, and you can stop for photos or a quick break whenever you want. It’s the perfect way to cover a lot of ground without feeling worn out. I’d totally recommend it for families, couples, or groups—it’s such a great intro to Rome!
