We did this on Christmas Day and it truly was one of the best experiences we have ever had as a family. We wish we had more time in Rome to do it again as it was so much fun but also the best pizza and strawberry gelato!! We would do this exact experience again. It felt like we were family, together in a beautiful kitchen in Rome. If you are wondering what Pizza making experience to do (or pasta making as she does this as well, we had such an amazing experience and tried to fit that in as well but didn’t have the time), this was AMAZING!!! It was worth it!!!
