A great experience. I was worried 3 hours wouldn’t be enough, but our guide was excellent and knew how to make sure we were able to see everything we wanted. Flavio was very informative and a great guide. I’m extremely happy we did this tour.

Worth every penny

We were only in Rome for a day and wanted to see as much as possible. The golf cart tour was more than we wanted to spend, but we do not regret it for one second. It was worth every penny. Antonio was well informed, gave us a lot of history, took us all around the city, drove effortlessly while talking to us. It was the best money we spent on our visit.

The golf cart tour was exceptional - there were 8 of us, and we were all very satisfied. The drivers were knowledgeable, pleasant and very accomodating. We were quite disappointed, however, involving the correspondence between Viator and us. I was trying to confirm the time and place where we would be meeting - the few days before were hectic with a wedding and other details. When I finally had time to try to look at our time and details, it was the day before and we had a lot of problems trying to find a # to call or place to get information. It was quite stressful for some time. The 2nd tour we secured the time and place, but it was not very clear as to where the "exact" meeting place was and again - no one to call to reconfirm - again quite stressful. Both tours were great, but the lack of communication on Viator's part was disconcerting.

This was a very efficient way to zip around the city if you are short of time. If you want to really see the sites, then this is a bit too fast. Our guide Stefano was great. My only issue was the city had its marathon that day and we couldn’t get to most of the main sites. The tour company should have notified us in advance about this.

Ideal tour in warmer weather

Our day started with airline delays, followed by a massage appointment (next door) that ran late - so we had to contact the driver to return to our hotel. He promptly returned - he was right around the corner. Since we didn't have adequate clothing, due to lost luggage, on a cold afternoon - it wasn't as enjoyable as we had liked...so we cut our tour short. I had more interest in seeing the key sites in Rome, rather than the general area. Best stop was the Coliseum - the view point was perfect. So in all fairness - it's difficult for me to truly give an appropriate review.

Best tour guide in Rome. Marco showed us unbelievable sites within a three hour window. He is highly educated and delivered great historical insight into Rome's history. Would love to have a tour with him again. He and his driver both speak English. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the same location. Very impressive team.

Morris was a fabulous guide. He took us to viewing points where we could see the expanse of the coliseum and surrounding areas. I was so glad I booked this tour because it happened to rain and we were comfy in the cart with the protection from the rain. We had a fantastico experience.

Fun, relaxing way to see the sights

What a great, fun way to see the sights in Rome! Our guide/driver, Ricardo, didn't just show us the sights -- from the Colluseum to the Trevi fountain -- he told us the stories behind them, making our tour all the more enjoyable and informative. He was also flexible when we suggested a substitution on the itinerary. He even greeted us with some of those delicious Roman croissants! Definitely worthwhile.

This tour was a little spendy but worth it. My husband has a broken foot and we knew we couldn’t see many things in Rome due to the size of the city. We were blown away by being able to see everything in 3 hours from the golf cart. Antonio has a wealth of knowledge of Rome and its history. He was the perfect guide! Picked up from hotel. Great guide. Very informative. Able to stop to take in view and photos. Parked as close to places as possible. Traffic chaotic but guide made us laugh. Altogether a happy action packed 3 hours with plenty of wow moments. Great for two older people one of which had mobility issues.

Our guide was Roxanna. She called my phone to make sure we found her at the meeting place. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We visited so many points of interest and skipped a line and went straight into a church! At her suggestion, we decided on a more convenient end point. It was a great way to sight see in a short amount of time.
