We had a private tour with Roberta. We all loved it. It was very informative and the perfect amount of time for my girls aged 10 and 12. Roberta was fantastic, she kept the girls entertained and explained things very well. My kids really bonded well with her and made sure I completed this review. Great family friendly tour. Roberta was exceptional. She ran a quiz throughout the tour (Adults vs Kids) and had a prize at the end for the winning team. Roberta had props for a mock gladiator dual and made the tour very fun for the kids. We would highly recommend this tour. Bravo!

Martina was incredible. We had 3 kids (12,10,7) as well as three other kids from two other groups and all of the children were hanging on every word Martina was telling them. She did such an amazing job keeping the kids engaged. The pace and time was perfect to see everything with kids. Highly recommend this tour if you are in Rome with children.

Donato was an amazing and thoughtful tour guide. He was able to get our tired and grumpy kids excited about the tour and made it fun and engaging. I had three kids, 10 and under, on the tour. I highly recommend it!

Julia was amazing keeping our two kids aged 9 and 12 and us two adults engaged and entertained throughout this tour, I can’t speak highly enough of her enthusiasm and energy and this really helped as we hit the wall near the end due to jet lag. The kids loved it so much they really enjoyed learning new things and were just amazed with the size of the place and all of the history, highly recommend this tour if you have kids of a similar age

Great tour! Alessandra was so knowledgeable and lovely to spend the afternoon with. She went over and above - when we forgot our ID for entry, she called our hotel and got them to email her our passports! She could have easily said tough luck. My kids (ages 8 & 11) really enjoyed. What a professional and a truly kind person. Would definitely recommend!

The tour was amazing! Our guide did such a great job of telling us stories about the Colosseum while also allowing us time to explore all parts of it! This tour was very kid friendly. Our guide showed pictures and allowed the kids to play games in order to break up the tour and keep their attention. I appreciate how I learned a lot throughout the tour, but it was not an overwhelming amount of information. I feel like I learned just enough about it and had plenty of time to explore. I also appreciate how our guide brought us into the shade to share information, especially because we visited in the middle of July. Such a great experience overall!

Excellent tour. Martina engaged with the kids and families well. We learnt a lot and it was thorough and well done even in the heat.
My only suggestion would be to match up similar aged kids for the families as the other family that joined us had younger kids and it was just too much for them too hot, unable to listen and concentrate on the information).
Highly recommend and worth the & investment.

Our tour guide was Kasia (or Kate) and we couldn’t have asked for a better first day in Rome. She was energetic, extremely knowledgeable, engaging, amazing with kids and shared the history and explained things as we went through the Colosseum and Roman Forum in a fun way that was both captivating for our 6 year old and the adults in the group. Everything seemed perfectly timed as Kasia knew exactly which spots to go to avoid the long lines to walk right in and perfect shady spots or locations to share details. Her what seemed to be bottomless backpack was full of what seemed to be games and goodies that were so fun you forgot they were educational. Could not recommend this experience enough and hope everyone has a chance to have Kasia as their guide! Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful experience with Rosella! She made this a super fun, interactive tour for our 4 year old and 2 year old. She even accommodated our stroller, which was huge! My kids loved this because she made history come alive for them. I’d highly recommend!

This was an awesome experience for our small family! Alessandra was an incredible guide- and both adults and kids learned SO much and had a lot of fun! No waiting in long lines, speedy entrance and Alessandra made us comfortable by choosing best routes and stopped in areas with nice shade! Our son is speech delayed and a little quirky, and she was accommodating and included him and respected his need to relax in stroller in the heat. We loved the games we played, earning points for trivia - and loved the layout of the tour, with great photo guides and explanations. We learned about ancient AND modern Italian culture - and Alessandra recommended some lovely things around the city. Def do this at the beginning of your stay in Rome! Brava and Grazie Alessandra!

Sara was our guide and she was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was great at engaging our youngest (8) but still being interesting to our oldest kids (17 and 13). Our tour with Simona was awesome! She did a great job of keeping the kids engaged and entertained and it was great for the adults too. She did a fun scavenger hunt game with the whole family. The tour was just our family (2 adults and 5 children ages 16, 14, 12, 9, and 6) and everyone loved it. Simona was very patient with us. We highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide (Marco) was wonderful - he entertained and engaged a variety of ages/personalities of children, was patient and funny and managed to impart loads of information as well. Despite all the walking and hot weather. He even remembered to stop for good photo opportunities. The best tour we went to in Rome. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
