I booked this excursion for my family while we were in Rome. The tour guide never showed up. I was on the phone with Viator and they let me know that tickets were sold out. It clearly states this includes three tickets. When I finally got a hold of each tour guide, she said she never got the reservation from the company. Extremely frustrating. We never got to see the Colosseum with our family. Will never book anything with your company again.

Tour guide was punctual and professional, good English. Was just us and another family, which was great. Long tour of both The Colosseum and Forum which was also good. I would only really recommend this tour for families with kids under 10 or so, the information given seemed to be geared that way, and my teens probably could have used a little more intellectually stimulating set of informational details you get on standard tours (I’ve been on them so I know).

We very much liked the liked the tour and it was very nice to share the experience with another family that we end up spending time for all the Roman vacation. Skipping the long line was and not to being part of huge group is a huge add on!
