Disappointing

Felt this was a complete waste of time and money. We weren't given any clear prior meeting place directions. Very vague, poor signage is no help at Colloseum. We arrived early to make sure we were organised, couldn't find ticket redemption for our skip the line tickets. When we did find it, I'm really not sure how we were to find our guy with tickets. Thousands of people. 4pm came we were allowed to skip line because of our situation. Paid for more tickets and took ourselves through the line up. The guy sent photo of our tickets 1 hour at about 5pm.

Thanks for your review . We were at the meeting point day long . We sent you a message a night before with instructions and pictures of meeting point . When you didn’t arrive we sent you the tickets on your phone number . It was enough a call if you couldn’t find the meeting point . If we sent you the tickets mean that we paid already tickets . Every day people join the meeting point without issue . Anyway thanks

We were charged ($254 Cd) 170 euro for 2 tickets that cost ($26*2= $52) 18x2=36 euro. The way the description is written makes you think you are getting something more than tickets. Nope. You get emailed tickets the morning of. Ours were for 5:30pm, when we booked 4:00pm. Left us with little time to go through the colosseum before close. Wish I had known that you can simply book tickets online for 1/5 of the cost. I should clarify that at 5:30, there were no lines so maybe this is worth it to skip lines at busier times of the day. When I approached customer service asking for a breakdown of the cost, he was very rude and dismissive. We have had lots of great other viator experiences.

You started typing messages from 5.00 pm up to 11.00 pm and he answered all your questions . You booked just tickets and you asked for a guide . A guided tour has another cost . Ticket price is not a secret but it’s too hard to find tickets which are always sold out days before . You asked the back office to get some money back otherwise you will put a bad review . You did . Thank you so much again . Please read the description in future to avoid this kind of inconvenience .

Was perfect! I just wanted fast access without waiting then the ability to explore on my own. This is what we got. The tour guide gave us useful history and info on the colosseum before we entered then he walked us in and we were able to explore on our own. The ticket also covers access to the other areas near colosseum that you will naturally want to check out.

Although the tour through Vatican City can be long and hot (especially in the summer months), our family of 4-including two teenagers, enjoyed our tour immensely. Maura was our guide and she was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our group of 10 was split between two guides so we were easily able to navigate through the crowded spaces with ease. Maura was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I highly recommend this tour. The easy access and ability navigate with the help of the guide is worth the ticket price alone!

Terrible waste of money

Our flight was delayed (completely out of our control) so we missed our entry time. It was our only day in Rome and they did not give us the option of later time. And, they will not give us a refund even though it was not our fault our flight was late. Huge waste of money

Our agent was waiting for you at the meeting point then he sent you the tickets saying it’s time ticket with maximum 15 minutes tolerance . We don’t have any issues about your flight .
