Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I recieved my tickets through the app and walked straight into the Colosseum within about 5 mins. The Colosseum does not disappoint. The Roman forum and Palatine Hill is amazingly beautiful, we could have explored all day. Didn't use the audio guide, simply because its not how I like to explore. But I'm sure it would have been great.

It was great. The company sent me the tickets my WhatsApp the night before and had lots of very useful instructions. The official colosseum audio guide app is terrible and basically doesn’t work so I wouldn’t bother - instead they also send you a link to the Rick Steve’s guide which is actually great and does work reliably! I’d still fully recommend this ticket though

Veronica_D, Jun 2026
Awful. Tickets never were given tru this app. We had to make the line with purchase receipts and was not allow only tickets scan .

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Dear Veronica, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a difficult experience, but we would like to clarify the facts. Our tickets are not distributed through the Viator app. They are sent directly to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided at the time of booking, along with full instructions. In addition, our staff is available at the meeting point every day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM to assist visitors in person. We are also available by phone and email for immediate support if a guest cannot locate their ticket. It appears you arrived with only your purchase receipt – a receipt does not contain a valid entry barcode and cannot be scanned by Colosseum staff. Had you contacted us or approached our on‑site team, we would have resend your ticket immediately. Your ticket was delivered as promised. We regret that you did not reach out for help, but we cannot be held responsible for not using the support channels we clearly provide. We hope you were eventually able to enter and enjoy the Colosseum. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

We had booked a guided...

Linda_W, Jun 2026
We had booked a guided tour with underground access. This was cancelled a week before departure for Italy without explanation. We were unstoppable book any other guides tours. The audio was mediocre.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Dear Linda, Thank you for your feedback. We believe there is important context that future travelers should know. You mentioned booking a guided tour with underground access that was cancelled a week before your trip. That booking was not with us. We do not offer guided tours or underground access on this listing. After that cancellation, you booked our Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Admission with Audio Guide App – and you booked it at the very last moment. Despite the short notice, we still provided you with a valid, secure entry ticket that you successfully used to enter the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Our product is a self‑guided audio tour at a fraction of the price of an underground guided tour. We delivered exactly what we promised. Your previous cancellation with another company was unfortunate, but it has nothing to do with us. If you found our audio guide mediocre, we appreciate the feedback and will review it for improvements. We kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect that our ticket worked and got you inside, even with a last‑minute booking. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

The queue moved quickly....

MaryAnne_L, Jun 2026
The queue moved quickly. We had timed entry tickets. The complex is massive and should plan a couple hours to do the coliseum and the Roman forum, etc.

Horrible experience

Beata_S, Jun 2026
They canceled our reservation 2 hours before for the Vatican entrance with no explanation I will not recommended to use this website if you want to make sure your reservation is 100%

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your feedback, Beata. We are very sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience with a last‑minute cancellation. However, we need to kindly clarify: your review is posted on our Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Admission with Audio Guide App product. Your description mentions a Vatican entrance cancellation. The Vatican is a completely different site, and we do not offer or operate any Vatican tours or tickets. It appears you may have booked a separate Vatican tour through another provider or through a different Viator listing. Please double‑check your booking confirmation and repost your review on the correct product page so the responsible company can address your issue directly. We wish you better luck on future travels, and we hope you still enjoyed the Colosseum and Roman Forum if you visited them with us. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Dissapointed

Megan_W, Jun 2026
As a traveler from Canada, I was really looking forward to this experience, but we encountered several issues. First, we had a lot of trouble finding the starting point as it is not clear at all and the "Viator" ticket they gave us to be added to the apple wallet was never even used. Additionally, the "audio tour" was advertised as being two and a half hours long, but we showed up to find out it was a free app we could have downloaded ourselves and the part about the Colosseum itself was only about TWO minutes of audio. This was extremely disappointing, especially since a different free app we used gave much more detailed information about the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, making it hard to justify paying extra for the Colosseum portion. To add to the disappointment, we paid extra for the access to go under the floor and see the ancient maze of tunnels, trap doors, and animal cages where gladiators and wild beasts prepared for the games, but despite showing our ticket, the staff refused to let us in, and we missed out on that entire section. This was a major letdown as that was one of the highlights we were most excited about. This was a significant disappointment in what could have been a highlight of our trip. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to these issues.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Dear Megan, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we want to address each of your points clearly. 1. Meeting point & Apple Wallet ticket Our staff arrives at the meeting point 15 minutes before the booked time and remains there until 15 minutes after. We also share detailed instructions with photos via email and WhatsApp. We apologize if you still had trouble finding us. Regarding the Apple Wallet ticket – that is a Viator booking reference, not your entry ticket. The actual Colosseum ticket is sent separately. We will work on making this distinction clearer. 2. Audio guide duration The total audio content for all three sites (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill) is approximately 2.5 hours. The Colosseum section alone is shorter, but we regret if our listing implied otherwise. We will review the description to avoid confusion. 3. Underground access This is critical: our product does NOT include underground access (hypogeum) . That is a separate, limited‑entry ticket sold by the Colosseum at a much higher price. Our listing clearly states “Admission with Audio Guide App” for the standard areas (Colosseum arena level, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill). If you were promised underground access, please double‑check your booking confirmation. If it was our product in error, contact us directly with proof and we will refund you immediately. Otherwise, no Colosseum staff would allow entry to the underground on our ticket, because it is not included. 4. Our staff’s commitment Even if a visitor arrives after the 15‑minute grace period, our team still tries to help them enter. In some cases, if our own staff has had to leave, other nearby tour company staff will assist as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that did not resolve your experience. We take your disappointment seriously. Please message us via Viator with your booking ID so we can investigate further and find a fair resolution. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Don’t do it!

Jack_T, Jun 2026
You meet “the company” on a curb across from the colosseum. The guy that helped process our tickets was very rude. Click on your email, go down, we sent it yesterday, open, take a picture of your tickets, go to this app, download it, etc. Very hectic and rude. The colosseum app worked fine for the audio tour, Roman Forum app never did work so we were completely in the dark roaming around. Terrible, terrible. Very shady business.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to provide the full context for future travelers. The Colosseum has a very strict entry policy: tickets are only valid for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked time. After that, entry is almost always denied. This policy was clearly stated in your confirmation email and in the WhatsApp reminders we sent before your tour. According to our records and staff report, you arrived after that 15-minute window had already passed. Our agent was not rude – he was rushing to get you to the entrance before you were turned away entirely. He mentioned the reminders we had sent not to be disrespectful, but to explain why the timing was critical. Because of your late arrival, our staff had very little time to walk you through every detail before entry. However, the same audio guide app that worked for the Colosseum also contains the full audio tour for the Roman Forum. This was clearly explained in the email and WhatsApp instructions we provided prior to your visit. It seems you may have missed or not followed those instructions. We regret that you felt rushed and that the Roman Forum audio was not used, but this was a direct result of the time pressure caused by your late arrival – not a failure of our service or the app itself. We are a legitimate tour operator, and we stand by our team’s efforts to save your entry under difficult timing. Thank you for understanding. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Tickets

Charlotte_P, Jun 2026
Bought from this site because the main site was sold out. The ticket is the same 24h ticket that you would get at the colosseo website. They sent the tickets to me the day prior on the app so no need to go to the meeting point. I appreciated not having to have to go find them.

Great, recommended but avoid the official audio guide app

Ross_J, May 2026
It was great.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Ross_J! We really appreciate your honest recommendation. We're glad the WhatsApp instructions and tickets worked well for you. You're right that the official Colosseum audio guide app has limitations – that's exactly why we also provide the Rick Steves guide link as a reliable alternative. Thanks for highlighting that, and we're thrilled you'd still fully recommend our ticket. Enjoy your future travels! Sincerely, Customer Support Team

The audio guide isn’t...

Cassie_B, May 2026
The audio guide isn’t great, I ended up switching to a Rick Steve’s audio guide and liked that much better. But the tickets worked great, easy way to get into colosseum and Roman forum and go at your own pace

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Cassie_B. We're glad the tickets worked perfectly and made entry easy for you. We appreciate your honest feedback about the audio guide – we will review it to see where we can improve. We hope you enjoyed the Colosseum and Roman Forum at your own pace! Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Exceptional service

Natalie_C, May 2026
I was running late and the guide still made sure I was able to enter and not wait in line. Provided a guided audio tour and everything was easily accessible. No language barrier either which was a plus

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Natalie_C! We are so glad our guide was able to help you even when you were running late. Making sure our guests enter smoothly and avoid long lines is exactly what we strive for. It's great to hear everything was accessible and that language was not a barrier. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope you enjoyed every moment at the Colosseum! Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Getting there not do good. Event wonderful.

DeborahDebbie_K, May 2026
Many historical things to see. Except for smoothly getting tickets and vouchers and navigating streets which was not smooth at all. The event itself was fine.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Deborah. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the historical sights and that the event itself was wonderful. We are sorry, however, that the process of getting your tickets, vouchers, and navigating the streets was not smooth for you. We send detailed instructions via email and WhatsApp, including maps, photos of the meeting point, and step‑by‑step directions from nearby metro stations and landmarks. We regret if these were not clear enough for your experience. Please know that our on‑site staff is available daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM to assist with navigation and any ticket issues. We also offer phone and email support for immediate help. We will review our directions to see where they can be improved. Thank you for your honest feedback, and we are truly glad that your visit to the Colosseum area was ultimately fine. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

No wait access but still a lot of waiting. These areas are jammed pack.

Christine_C, May 2026
You are on your own with no real direction, but we figured it out. We did get what we needed. No wait access but still a lot of waiting in line. These areas are jam packed with tourists. Leave a lot of time!

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Christine_C. We appreciate your honest feedback. You are correct that the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill are incredibly popular and often packed with tourists. However, we would like to add some important context for your specific visit date of May 29, 2026. During that week, preparations were underway for the June 2nd Republic Day celebrations at the Colosseum. This included firefighter drills and the hanging of a large Italian flag from the monument. As a result, there were additional security checks and delays beyond the normal screening process. These were imposed directly by the Colosseum authorities and were outside our control. Our ticket does provide timed entry, allowing you to skip the ticket purchase line. But during these exceptional security measures, even the entry and security lines moved more slowly than usual. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience, though it was not something any tour operator could avoid. We are glad you still got what you needed and figured out your way. Thank you for your understanding – and a great tip for future travelers: always leave extra time, especially around national holidays. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Fantastic last minute option

Theresa_W, May 2026
We had our tour with guide cancelled last minute and scrambled to find another option. With this booking we were able to arrive right at our time with passports and tickets already downloaded the night before and an audio guide on a downloaded app that had some interesting information. We’re so happy we didn’t end up having to wait for hours in a line in 32°C weather

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Theresa_W! We are so glad we could help after your original tour was cancelled. Booking last minute can be stressful, but we're thrilled that our tickets and audio guide worked perfectly for you – and that you avoided those long lines in the heat. We appreciate your wonderful feedback! Sincerely, Customer Support Team

The Coloseum is a must-see in Rome. The host made it easy to obtain tickets and to navigate to the correct location.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you, Linda_W! We are so glad to hear that our host made the ticket process and navigation easy for you. The Colosseum truly is a must‑see, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Rome! Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Perfect

Dave_B, May 2026
Very simple to book and kept informed all the way. Definitely use again next time we travel to Rome.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thanks so much, Dave! We're delighted to hear that everything was perfect for your visit. It's great to know that booking was simple and that you felt well-informed every step of the way. We truly appreciate your kind words and your willingness to use us again on your next trip to Rome. We'll be here to help make your future visit just as seamless and enjoyable. Stephanie_G, May 2026
very convenient & easy to find right entrance. audio guide was great. tickets arrived a few days before and you can download the app/guide beforehand.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you so much for your kind review, Stephanie! We're thrilled to hear that you found the process very convenient and easy, from locating the right entrance to downloading the app beforehand. It's great to know that the audio guide worked well for you and enhanced your experience at the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Your feedback means a lot to us, especially as we continue to improve the digital experience for all our guests. We hope you enjoyed every moment of your time in ancient Rome, and we'd love to welcome you back on another tour in the future!

App audio guide not worth it

Dean_M, May 2026
The audio app guide is very glitchy and often loses track of where you are in the tour. It detracts from the experience to have to continually try and reconnect to the app.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you for your honest feedback, Dean. We're very sorry to hear that the audio guide app did not work as expected and that technical issues got in the way of your experience at such an incredible historical site. This is not the standard we want for our guests, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to constantly reconnect instead of enjoying the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. We take this seriously. Your comments have been shared with our product team so they can investigate the glitches and location-tracking issues you described. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for your honesty, and we hope you still enjoyed the beauty and history of Rome despite the app issues.

Good value tour

Ishveer_S, May 2026
Overall, this was a very good tour, however there was a very long queue for entry and the audio guide app was slightly on the longer side as each podcast was at least 35 minutes. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the day and we appreciated the entry to both the Colosseum and the Palatine Hills and Roman Forum. I would recommend this to are to all, especially for those who need a last-minute booking for the Colosseum as it is usually sold out.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Ishveer! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill, and that you found the tour to be good value overall. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the entry queue and the audio guide length. While entry lines at the Colosseum can sometimes be influenced by site security and crowd flow—even with admission tickets—we understand how that can impact the start of your experience. Regarding the audio guide, that's helpful insight about the podcast lengths, and we'll share it with the app team to consider offering shorter highlight options in the future. It’s great to know you’d still recommend the tour, especially for last-minute travelers—that means a lot. Thank you again for choosing the experience and for sharing your perspective to help others plan their visit.

Do it your way.

David_H, May 2026
The app was problematic and the audio guide stopped when the phone screen locked. That said, we could go at our own pace and see what we wanted.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear David_H, Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry the audio guide was problematic – the screen lock issue is a common setting on phones. A quick fix is to adjust your auto-lock settings or keep the app active while listening. That said, we're glad you still enjoyed the freedom to explore at your own pace and see what you wanted. Thank you for sharing your experience. Best regards, Discover Rome Tours Team

Very disappointed with...

MAJID_D, May 2026
Very disappointed with this tour experience. The tour guide contacted us the day before and told us to arrive 30 minutes later than the original time. On the day of the tour, they never showed up and didn’t answer any phone calls or messages. We wasted our time waiting with no communication or explanation. Completely unprofessional and caused lots of stress for us

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear MAJID Dianat Doust, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the stress and disappointment you experienced. To clarify for you and for others reading: your booking was for the “Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Admission with Audio Guide App” – this is a self-guided ticket package that includes entry tickets and a digital audio guide app. It does not include a live tour guide or a meet-up with a guide at the site. The instructions, including how to download the app and access your tickets, were sent to you the day before your visit. Our meeting point staff are always present at the designated location to assist guests who have trouble downloading the app or accessing their tickets. However, we did not receive any contact from you on the day of your visit – no calls or messages to the numbers provided in your voucher. Regarding the message you received the day before asking you to arrive 30 minutes later: that was a courtesy notification about entry time adjustments (which can happen due to site regulations). Unfortunately, we have no record of any missed calls or unanswered messages from you on the day itself. That said, we take your frustration seriously. Please contact us directly to our email with your booking reference so we can look into what happened and offer a suitable resolution, whether a partial refund or a gesture of goodwill. We never want our guests to feel abandoned, and we regret that your experience fell short of expectations.

No digital access.

Lindsey_H, May 2026
Because Viator requires printed tickets instead of digital and some passes only come a couple of days before the “event”, it can be annoying and difficult to manage when traveling.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Lindsey_H, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. Just to clarify for you and future travelers: digital tickets are absolutely allowed for the Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Admission with Audio Guide App. You do not need to print anything. The tickets and audio guide access are sent via email and can be displayed directly on your mobile device for entry. We apologize if the instructions or voucher language caused confusion about printing – we will review that wording to make it clearer. Regarding the timing: tickets for the Colosseum are typically released by the official site only a few days in advance, which is why you received them close to your visit date. We understand this can be inconvenient when traveling, and we appreciate your patience. If you were unable to access your tickets digitally, please contact us directly with your booking reference, and we’d be happy to help resolve any remaining issues. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Worst experience, Terrible communication by Viator

Lindi_S, May 2026
Viator is a very difficult app to get tickets through. They could make it so much more simple by just sending your tickets via text or email once paid with all instructions attached. Instead, you have to read very carefully to find a “meeting point” to get your tickets. We had a 5pm time and they changed it to 5:45 for the Colosseum however Palantine Hill and the Roman Forum closed at 6pm so there was no way we could see everything. We ended up not being able to use the audio guide so that we could rush through Palantine Hill and the Forums while still trying to make it to the Colosseum by 5:45. This is the second time I used this app for tickets and I swore I would never use it again after the first time…lesson learned. Also make sure you have WhatsApp and notifications turned on. They don’t tell you when you buy the tickets but this is how they notify you of any changes. I just learned this when we picked up the tickets. It was a terrible experience. If you can find another app or go straight to the site and buy tickets I highly recommend doing that instead.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Lindi_S, Sorry to hear about your terrible experience. A few clarifications: Tickets are emailed the day before – the "meeting point" is only for download issues, not mandatory. Time changes (5pm to 5:45pm) are set by the Colosseum, not us. We understand this ruined your visit to Palatine & Forum – we apologise. WhatsApp notifications are required for updates. We'll make this clearer in instructions. We hear your frustration. Thank you for the honest feedback. Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Great for experienced travelers

Mel_C, May 2026
As an American, I was having trouble trying to book Colosseum tickets on my own. This excursion helped me secure my tickets and be able to skip the line and walk right into the Colosseum where I led my own tour. The tickets were sent ahead of time and super easy to understand.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Mel_C, Thank you for your great review! We're so glad we could help you secure your tickets and make the process easy – especially when booking from the US can be tricky. You've highlighted exactly what our product offers: skip-the-line access, tickets sent ahead of time, and the freedom to explore at your own pace. We're thrilled it worked perfectly for you. Thank you for choosing us, and happy future travels! Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Limited Audio for Coliseum

Laura_B, May 2026
I would have expected there to be more audio commentary for the Coliseum. There were only two audio clips to accompany the whole Coliseum tour. There is so much interesting history and story - and we heard none of it!

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Laura_B, Thank you for your feedback. The audio guide included with this ticket is a general introduction, not a detailed commentary. We also provide a written booklet with additional historical information. For a deeper experience, we recommend booking a live guided tour next time. We appreciate your honest review and hope you still enjoyed visiting the Colosseum itself. Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

The audio guide is a...

Rodrigo_L, May 2026
The audio guide is a free app in the app store, and it is very short with almost no detail. You can get the same tickets anywhere else.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Rodrigo_L, Thank you for your feedback. You're right – the audio guide is the same free official app, and we agree it lacks detail. We're looking into better options. Tickets are also available elsewhere, but we offer guaranteed entry and support. Sorry this wasn't the right fit for you. Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Instructions are not very...

Anita_D, May 2026
Instructions are not very clear in the fact they tell you therr is a meeting point to pick up tickets on the day of your tour, however they emailed us the tickets the afternoon before with the QR code so we could go right to the Colesseum entrance at the given time. Would be nice if they told you that at time of purchase. The audio guide was a COMPLETE FLOP...did not work on Android or Apple phones. That was very disappointing.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Anita_D, Thank you for your review and for the 4-star rating – we truly appreciate your understanding despite the frustrations. You're right to point out that the instructions about the meeting point versus receiving tickets by email were unclear. We apologise for that. To clarify: the meeting point is only for guests who have trouble downloading their tickets or accessing the app, not a mandatory pickup. We will update the wording at the time of purchase to avoid confusion. Regarding the audio guide: we're sorry it didn't work for you. The app typically works well on both Android and Apple devices. In most cases when it fails to load, the issue is related to internet connectivity at the site (the Colosseum area can have spotty reception). We recommend downloading the audio guide content via Wi-Fi before arriving. We apologise that this wasn't made clearer in our instructions. That said, we're glad the ticketing and entry process went smoothly, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve. Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Great Experience!

Catherine_C, May 2026
This full experience was great! Easy to get tickets and enter for the full Colosseum experience including arena access, Roman Forum and Palantine Hill. You get special access to some additional sights in the Roman Forum too. Worth the extra to get the full access pass! The only improvement would be the audio tour does not give you much information in the Colosseum. It’s only a general Colosseum introduction, not a full audio tour of the Colosseum. We would book again!

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Catherine_C, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great experience and that the full access pass (including arena access and the additional sights in the Roman Forum) made your visit even more special. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the audio guide. You’re right – the current audio tour provides a general introduction to the Colosseum rather than a detailed, step‑by‑step guide through every part of the monument. We’ll share your comments with the content team to see how we can improve the audio experience in the future. That said, we’re so glad you would book with us again, and we look forward to helping you explore more incredible destinations next time! Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Easy process

Alex_C, May 2026
My tickets were emailed to me the day before. Tickets had our names on them. We walked right up and were admitted. Good experience overall. Of course, the actual Colosseum is not to be missed.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Alex_C, Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear that the process was easy and that your tickets arrived on time with the correct details. It’s great that you were able to walk right in and enjoy the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine – and we completely agree: the Colosseum is truly an unforgettable experience. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience, and we hope to help you with future travels again soon! Best regards, Find Rome Tours Team

Be careful, they do not offer refunds even if you try to cancel 5 minutes after booking it, even if you offer to exchange it for a different day. I booked it online and realized I booked it for the wrong week, I immediately asked them to change it to the week before when I was going to be there and they refused. So not wanting to spend another €100, I ended up booking directly with the colosseum for €18, and when I went I realized I didn't really need the tour after all, everybody gets access to the colosseum and Palentine Hill even with the €18 ticket. I may have missed out on somebody describing the place to me, but I got to roam around at my leisure.

Dear Scott_P, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we have no record of any communication from you regarding a cancellation or reschedule request. For clarity, we normally accept reschedule requests even up to 4 hours after booking, and if your booking was for a date more than 7 days away, we allow even more flexibility. Please contact us directly at milontoursrome@gmail.com with your booking details and proof of your attempted cancellation. Once we verify the communication, we will issue you a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We want to make things right. Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this. Rome Tours Team
